Kinson gave me the best customer service I've received in my life!! He took care of what I was looking for, gave me advice and I got the phone I was looking for. I am glad there are still managers that care so much about customer service! I am coming back to this location 120%, thanks again Kinson & Julia!

Very bad bad service to existing customer at this particular location. I have been waited for 2 hours because their careless mistakes. They upgraded the plan without confirming the phone I wanted is available. After changed my plan and told me the colour I wanted is gone. They asked me to go to other stores to find the phone, but they can change my plan here. I asked to change my plan back and I will either cancel my phone or to other location. I had to stand in the store for 2 hours and waited for them to find a easy going customer care to reverse the plan change. They even gave attitude to me and no apology for wasting my two hours. If you can speak English, I highly recommended you to other location, no the Pacific Mall one.

I have to give a shout out to the staff who helped me, Theresa. She went above and beyond, was very helpful, professional, nice and patient. The first staff who approached me - I believe her name is Tina, was arrogant and ignorant, and she refused to help as I wanted to switch from a prepaid to a postpaid plan without a Canadian ID however I do have Canadian credit cards and good credit history. She turned me down right away rudely. I walked right up to Theresa as I spoke with her over the phone before the visit. I didn’t wait for Theresa as she was assisting other customers and I thought anyone in the store would be able to help. When Theresa was trying to help me, the girl Tina actually told Theresa that my request wouldn’t be approved so she shouldn’t be bothered to try. And she said that right in front of us! However, Theresa said it’s not up to her to decide so she went ahead to try. Eventually Theresa had my request approved and even helped me get some credits back as I just topped up my phone for the month like literally 3 days ago. Theresa knows what she’s doing and is very knowledgeable. Excellent customer service! But only from Theresa though. I’d say if you are to visit freedom at this location, make sure you avoid the rude staff and try to get Theresa to help you

Very slow, waited more than an hour with the employee due to THEIR mistake. Was also given attitude when I started to complain about their performance. Might as well go to a different Freedom store

Got my line from them, the customer service advisor was so friendly and helpful.

Good service. 1 person in the store at a time. I'm disappointed that freedom was charging so much for many years for a low amount of gbs. They could have automatically put more on the account for being loyal.

I think the older lady has an attitude issue. Was rude the moment we walked in and was passive aggressive without reason. Practically yelled at me for asking a question.Bad location. Some staff are nice (don't get me wrong) but some staff make or break the experience here. I only gave 2 stars because of those nice staff.

I visited this store with my mom. She just wanted Freedom's Pre-paid plan $100 a year- unlimited talk and text. We visited Markville mall location first but no one wanted to help us because we just wanted the cheapest plan.We came to this location, was greeted right away and the staff were very friendly.Helped my 80 year old mom with professionalism. Thank you.

The best service I got from a carrier service. My phone has a signal problem and they lend me a brand new phone for a while to repair m device. Their customer service is excellent, even if it's a little slow... Good job guys. Keep it going.

Extreamly slow been waiting for an hr just for preppaid sim card specaily old lady bad service mind . Stay away from this location .
