The specialist and hearing clinic is lovely, but the receptionist for the specialist (unit 101) is awful. Extremely rude.

Receptionists were reluctant to share any information regarding my surgery and only if I asked would they then tell me. Their attitudes towards me was sarcastic and snarky. Appointment times were changed and they told me last minute. If you can avoid going, don’t go.

The receptionist is very reluctant and unprofessional. Totally unexpected. I ordered a general check-up in early 2017, and during the appointment GP did not even review my profile and lab report before he told me that You're ok". I then tried to review the lab report with the GP in mid 2017
