Decent location, which is always clean. The check out line up can get very long before staff start caring. Also the pharmacy takes FOREVER to dispense drugs even though there are a tonne of people behind the counter.

Came in the other night and saw one of the employees smoking right outside the store. This is very unprofessional and careless of the employee. He later came into the store was slowly working and lost when he tried assist me. I asked where the conditioner is and he asked what that is, I explained to him then he simply says that way". Not sure how he is considered a "manager" there when all he does is take smoke breaks and is clueless when it comes to product inquiry. His name tag said "Prateek assistant manager" and must I say very poor and unprofessional employee

Tested positive for Covid and wanted the antiviral drug, called two other Shoppers locations they just dismissed me. Only this pharmacy called me back and provided much needed information. Thank you

Pathetic customer service. If you ever drop off a prescription expect to wait 30 minutes irregardless of how busy they are. Cause helping people get on with their day is just not their priority. We had drugstores for over 20 years and no one ever waiting had to wait longer than 10 minutes because we actually cared about our clients

Wow there are a lot of 1 star reviews for this place. Yikes!I just stepped in to kill some time until my cousin’s dentist appointment next door. I was just browsing around so I didn’t interact with any employees.The shelves are well stocked and organized. The postal office is located in the far back corner and so are some of their clearance final sale items.Their prices are moderate to high when compared to Walmart. Although they do have times when their sale price drops lower than Walmart so watch the flyers ! You get the Walmart price and PC points !There is self checkout too !The pharmacy here doesn’t have a good rep. Based off the number of people I would probably avoid it too.
