Dont take this place if you have 2 cars they will tow away the second one almost doesn't matter where you park

Cheap build. Elevators consistently break down. Major appliance problems breaking just after the first year of installations. Our closet door broke off its hinges the first time we closed it.*Building has bedbugs

My son lives here and these apartments are modern and new. Great views from the large balconies. Rent is reasonable.

Loved it until next door neighbor came to live had no choice . Didn’t felt safe cops coming every second day . It was beautiful until they start building another tower beside it . It got so noisy and then there will be no privacy to sit outside . Elevators were big issu hate it once we have to go by stairs all the way to 26th floor .

Hmmm. Used to constantly take a look at units in this building. ended up renting one out in a different condominium nearby. I was impressed by the exterior but when I took a good look inside I couldn't help but feel that the layout is a little bit weird. And there is multiple construction projects going on in the neighborhood.
