The sales person tried to rip me off by selling me a hookah head for 15 dollars while everybody else in the city is selling for 8 dollars. When i told him i can get it for 8 dollars, he then told me very unpleasantly to go buy it for 8 dollars then." Very unprofessional.Ps: I got a hookah head the very next day for 7 dollars from someone else."

Very rarely do I write reviews, but I needed to for Winnipeg Hookah.I cannot stress how impressed I was with their customer service and their helpfulness. I went there looking for a Christmas gift for a family member, and I had no experience with hookah's or smoking in general. They were EXTREMELY helpful! They gave me recommendations for what I was looking for and made sure I had everything I needed. They even gave me cost efficient recommendations for certain products they did not carry, and the locations that I could buy them elsewhere, while ensuring they were compatible with what they sell. They truly made a shopping experience I was skeptical about, extremely pleasant!Plus, my family member loved his Christmas gift and I know he will be going back there for all his future needs! (He was given the Khalil Mamoon Hookah).The only negative I could give, is that this place can be a bit hard to find as there is not much signage in the food fares to indicate where the Hookah store is.Other than that, 5/5 stars. Winnipeg Hookah are absolute legends!
