Incredible team of professionals! They fixed my dryer really quickly despite we had to wait for a couple of days for a part for the dryer. I though it would take weeks to get it fixed, but not! The price of the service has surprised us as well!Highly recommend!

An absolutely wonderful experience!!! From the moment I spoke with Anna, I knew I was in the right hands. She is very responsive and replies almost immediately to messages. I was able to have a repair technician at my condo the next day. The technician Ruslan was amazing as well. He called me and explained everything in detail and the pricing was very fair. I called Best Solution Appliance Repair , when my washing machine stopped working and was making a loud noise. The disspatcher was great. She asked for all the relevant info and made an appointment for the next day. The technician arrived on time and was very professional and well prepared. He had the part with him (drain pump, based on my description over the phone with the dispaatcher) and had the repair done within an hour, and left the area clean.I am very pleased with the service! It was great that they were responsive and prepared. Getting the washing machine fixed in one visit was a relief: I will definitely hire these guys again when I need appliance repairs ,and I highly recommend this professional team.
