Totally disgusted to call today and get an automated response with plenty of options, but not one of them was to speak to a human! Using automated responses I was able to select the correct category for my questions, however the responses were completely out to lunch, not even remotely relevant...that's AI for ya! I went through it 3x, hung up & tried again thinking perhaps I missed the option to speak to someone but no joy.Why is there no option to speak to someone when your silly AI fails? I don't live in town so it is NOT convenient to just stop in to ask my questions. You just cut the value of my membership in half. I was considering cancelling prior to next renewal, now I will cancel for sure.

I will say most of the staff are very friendly, but if you value your money do not book a road test with this place. They will screw you over.

Angela provided a degree of service almost unheard of theses days. I would recommend her for all your travel needs. You will not be disappointed

Travel agent, Kyla Coe, booked a tour in Italy for me in May. Kyla is the best – friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. I emailed her with a lot of questions during the planning process, which she answered immediately, most of the time well within the hour. Kyla never missed a beat, making sure all bases were covered, so by the time I was ready to go, I had absolutely no worries about anything left undone. The whole trip went smoothly and I will definitely trust Kyla to help me plan my next excursion.

The set up for reopening after Covid could have been better planned for the registries section. Standing on a dot for over an hour while clients in front of you get served is outrageous. When one thinks it takes about 20 minutes per transaction for registration, then book accordingly. Have people book in advance or log in and give them a time specific to come back to so they are not tired and angry by the time they see the registry office person.The AMA needs to think this through better and devise a better plan.

Terrible. Instructors are rude and they will fail you on anything. What a money grab. (Complaints from me and acquaintances from town)

Overpriced, bad customer service. There's better insurance companies out there. The women here are snooty and not much help. If they don't like the look of you, they just won't serve you. Would put 0 stars if possible.

Always quick friendly and considerate of customers. Staff following all covid to protect us and them. Thank you for your considerate service. Its appreciated.

At the tail end of May I was visiting family in Calgary and my vehicle died. I had a AMA tow truck driver by the name of Raz that was amazing. He tried everything he could to get my vehicle started but to no avail. He called in for another tow truck driver to tow my vehicle to a dealership. Both tow truck drivers were super polite and respectful. They both showed great AMA PR.

Went in to purchase travel insurance for an upcoming trip. Receptionist was really rude because we didn't have an appointment and our agent was unfriendly, had a bad attitude and seem bothered we were in her chair". Next trip we will look else where for travel insurance."
