I have been to the office on St Anne’s a few times for help. Every time I have been in there everyone at the office has been extremely kind and helpful. I would like to say Thank you to Tim Der, you have been very patient explaining things to me and extremely professional and helpful. I appreciate all that you have helped me with.

I just moved back to Manitoba and needed to switch my licence / registration over.After being mislead/ frustrated by other companies I stopped in on a Saturday and was helped by Chloe ( and I think Stephanie as well at first).Stephanie was so kind and just ensured I had everything that was needed to complete the process.When I came back with my updated items Chloe helped me and she was great! I sell insurance myself (In Ontario) so and I overall impressed with the office.I will note I did feel very bad for both of the ladies as they probably could have had more staff on, It was pretty busy and people were feeling impatient in there- They both stayed calm and remained positive in what clearly would have been a stressful situation for them.

I cannot speak highly enough about the help I received. I called about a somewhat complex issue. (I have not lived in MB for many years and was trying to get info regarding records long past.)
