He would NOT let me speak and then without explaining he shoved a tube up my nose that went down to my throat and commanded I don't swallow. That is so hard to do! I can't see anything! You have to stop swallowing!" He gave up and chastised ME that I was wasting HIS time. I would never go back to this doctor. He does not care for his patients at all. I would never see him again! Find someone else!"

Dr. Kwak is really good at what he does. He is informative, careful, articulate and very professional. The procedure I had breathed new life into my day 2 day. I can't say enough about how much I appreciate everything he did for me. Thanks again!!!

Dr Kwak is a wonderful doctor. He’s compassionate and efficient. He’s very knowledgeable and takes the time to listen to your symptoms and concerns and thoroughly explains what is happening. I’m very grateful I was referred to him. Doctors like this are hard to find.

My boyfriend went there, and he might not be able to hear in his left ear again, and Dr. Kwak shows the most emphaty and make sure we can get a second opinion. My Boyfriend said He is the most professional and caring Doctor He has ever been too. Unfortunately my BF said Dr. Kwak is right, He may not be able to hear in his left ear again.

Dr. Kwak was very pleasant and has a very gentle nature. He listened carefully to my problems and then asked permission to examine my nose. He provided me with suggestions on how to deal with my issues and then took the time to explain why he’s making these suggestions.

I Just had my first appointment with Dr Kwak and I am very thankful that my doctor referred me to him. Dr Kwak is very polite, professional, knowledgeable and he explained my symptoms in detail.He is ordering a barium x-ray as a follow-up to cover all bases.I highly recommend him to anyone!Al McFarlane September 16, 2020

Gives his opinion without even diagnosing. I had a very bad experience with Dr Kwak. He diagnosed me without even checking me first just based on what i said to him. This is not the way. And also said i have ETD and there is no cure for it. This is rubbish and wrong information when there are variety of treatments for this. He was not willing to listen. Just said his thing and told me to seek advice other ENTs. What a wastage of my time, I waited 3 months for this appointment. He should not even have a license. Also looking at all the other reviews i am feeling that he might be racist as a lot of negative reviews from people with Indian people.

Worst doctor experience ever . Less than 15 mins and was very inpatient. Reviewing my CT scan which I saw him in 2021 for !!! He said that I need a surgery and of course as a patient I asked what do you recommend? He got very frustrated and started telling me that this is my decision and I am independent adult!!!! Seriously doctor ? I know that and I know it is my decision and I am pharmacist by the way but you are the specialist and came to see you after 2 years !!!! Very disappointed. If you are tired take some time off better for your career and your patients.

Dr. Kwak was very pleasant so I am also baffled by the negative reviews. He examined my ears, and nose which have been causing me issues, and explained it detail what is likely causing my symptoms. I did not feel rushed at all. Very friendly Dr. I will likely return to him for septoplasty.
