Lund Water Taxi

Used this service twice in the past and felt that they were professional and safe. Didn't actually use their service this time around but leaned on them to assist me in finding towing for a self-inflicted" motorcycle incident up some remote road. They didn't skip a beat in trying to help me and I'm grateful for their kindness and assistance."

I arrived to lund to a very dead car with a 10 month old and a 4 year old. Al Jr. went above and beyond to make sure that I was able to get on the road and make the ferry. On top of that I forgot my recycling and Gina was able to take it over to the garbage truck for me. It was a interesting morning g to say the least but I am thankful to Gona and Al for making sure my family was not stranded

I usually book both water and land taxi 1/2 a dozen times a year. The drivers are excellent and friendly. However, on 4 different occasions the office booked an incorrect time and I was left stranded. After the fourth time, I asked for a refund on my pre paid fair and they refused to reimburse me saying that I was responsible for booking the wrong time. I go to Savary and book the exact same schedule every time so I know it was their mistake and not mine.When I asked her if I was the only one that’s had this problem, she admitted that I was not and they did have some scheduling errors in the past, and the lady dealing with me was very rude and defensive. I was very confused at her attitude since we have been customers for a long time. I’ll be switching to the competition.

Used the taxi service to do a day trip from Lund to Savary Island. Very easy to book and reserve tickets via phone and easily changed the reservations multiple times due to weather changes. Quick and efficient trip across the water by pleasant employee.Parking easily accessible at the hotel lot for $6 for 12 hours.

I had such an easy time with them. The staff advised me on timing for which taxi to make a reservation for given my ferry to and from Vancouver Island and where to park while on Savary. The drivers were friendly and on point, easy going, quick with luggage. It was also only $15 each way for me, my bike and my bags. 100% will be back.

Great timely service to Savary Island. Book a day ahead of time to get a spot though or you may not get there as its high demand. Refill your Ice supply when you get back as they have to be the biggest bags of ice I have seen for the price. Also pick up your spotted prawns from them when you return. They are frozen in sea water right on the boat before they are even brought into land.

So freaking awesome. Saw a whale, got a tour, sang some songs. Bring sunscreen though. I forgot and now my legs are pretty much burnt to the point I can't even feel them at all. That's bad news. Good thing I have some salve.
