I don't know from where to start! Some of the staff are old uneducated and racist. They hate their job and avoid helping! BTW, this is not the first time I got very bad treatment at this store. If you are not happy where you are, get a propre education and get a job you like instead of giving hard time to people. You wasted your life on beer and loto and now you are angry! Not people fault man!!

This is a good CT. Huge, compared to others, vast choice, employees are decent, not very busy, but usually I go later at night, maybe that’s why. But you can always find what you’re looking for.

I have mixed feelings about this store. They always have in-stock things that other locations no longer have which is great, but customer service is awfully bad. Wow! We often blame the new generations for lacking good manners but here is quite the opposite. Anyways, as long as I get what I need for a good price I will still shop here :)

I was looking for different products, the store has recently renovated and things have been changed around, so it was a little irritating but in the end it was nice to see that they invested in their presentations.

I was there this morning for a slow leak on one of my car’s tires. The employees serving seemed as happy as death row inmates. They asked me for my phone number and didn’t bother to verify my name. They called me Michael which is my step son’s name who had the misfortune of being a client there 4 years ago. I speak a broken French and they did not have the courtesy of replying to me in English. I hope never have to return to this particular store. If the employees are so miserable, they should simply look for another job. They should also call the store Quebec Tire. There is obviously no connection to Canada whatsoever.

BE AWARE: AWFUL SERVICE DELIVERY. I ordered a costly treadmill. I opted and paid extra for a delivery option: In-Home Delivery & Unpack + Installation (as stated on the bill). I verified with Canadian if they would be able to deliver and install it inside my home given the circumstances (lockdown): They said yes. But the delivery person, who came alone, did not put it on my house saying they have new rules. I therefor did not receive the service I paid for. It is unbelievable a solo guy delivers an expensive and heavy equipment by his own. As a result, you get a very damage package (expecting the inside the equipment is not broken or damage). My favorite Canadian Tire they are always working so hard to offer the best in store. Customer service is excellent so far no issues with them.
