Little Short Stop

I went to the store at night and must admit that the store attendant was quite cheerful and happy to help me when i was unable to find few stuffs. She was helpful and supportive all the time. Overall, my experience at the store was good and satisfactory. she was quick too in billing my stuff as i was getting late.

I went to this place at 10:00 pm, the *desi guy* who is working over there doesn't even greet me properly just said *hi* and also when i ask him for the stuff to help me to find , he makes me wait for 10 minutes and also while leaving he looks me like anything in a very rude way, i think his manger should take action against him and teach him some customer service things, i will never recommend this place to my friends and family.Ps, very bad experience on first visit.

In tonight at 10:50 p.m. to check some Lotto tickets and buy more. You have one of the rudest, overweight, loud and obnoxious employee in any Short Stop I have ever been into. (come in every day of the week to check and buy lottos, milk, water, etc.) Did not realize that my tickets had not been signed, which I try to do before I come to have them checked, I apologized and signed all of them while this obnoxious guy helped the only other customer standing beside me. I completed signing, waited for him to complete his transaction with this other guy and your obnoxious employee proceeded to say to me oh just wait

It is one of the best shops in the area....there was a lady cashier there who helped when i needed change to go back to my place near huron park...i asked her that i was in need for change could you help me with that....in a flick of a second without thinking twice she provided me with change and helped me...she is the most humble women i have seen in my life.......thank you so much....i am shifting to linden drive on december 28th and now i know wheres my place to buy my daily needs in the area....hats off little short stop and thank you lady cashier for being nice to me.....

I find the new staff to be a little slow in service people … when you’re a regular customer they never have my smoke or they tell me they don’t carry them or sell me the wrong brand … I find they don’t check ID property…later at night time there 2 people there friends will show up and be messing around with then in the store all standing around talking … the garbage can out front of store is always full … but all and all more training of the staff .and thing might get better

I wish I could have given a minus rating to this store and the employees. I went to buy something today on 22 June 2021 at 9:40 pm or something and there was a Punjabi girl working. I asked to buy a mask and the barcode was not working. She was so rude. She said you can’t buy this, that’s it. But that’s not my problem if the mask is not scanning.Try to teach your employees some ethics and customer service. I am a regular customer and I think she is new but she must be aware that how to treat a customer.I don’t understand why they think they are the owner of the store if they don’t even know how to treat a customer.I want the store manager to take an action against her. I don’t know how she got hired.

I visited this store yesterday (Saturday) around 10:30 Pm after long tiring day at work. I had to grab some stuff. As I entered the store, I was immediately greeted by a staff member. He was very polite and welcoming. I think having helpful and considerate employees like him, can really enhance the simple experience a customer has in a retail store. Three cheers for him! Thank you for making my day less annoying!

I went to this store on January, 29th around 7ish...The lady working was extremely rude.I have seen this store go downhill with how their new “employees”are. Rude is an understatement.Literally just take your money and thats it...like you work in customer service, should be treating all customers politely...Reading the reviews, guess I’m not the only one who feels this way.Hire better employees!!!

I am relatively new to the neighborhood and started using your facility as my new convenience store. Every time I enter the store I am greated with a friendly voice, makes me feel welcome. Great staff and fast friendly service, keep up the great work.
