Tara makes the most unique and beautiful designs. Her costumer service made my experience at Pedals n Buds so enjoyable. She greeted me with a smile and a positive attitude. She is very intentional about every flower in her bouquets and allowed me to participate in what I wanted. She puts in a lot of care and has great costumer service skills. Better than most floral shops I have been too. Highly recommend!

I’m sure this company doesnice florals, but I don’t think they have the proper knowledge or know-how to do floral preservation. Back in 2019 we got married. After much back and forth and continuously forking out more money for random things that would get brought up over the 9 months while we waited, we finally got our bouquet. I was ok with the result at first, but pretty quickly the flowers started to look off. They have since gone completely grey and are crumbling. Very unfortunate and expensive mistake considering this was a once in a lifetime treasure that was supposed to be passed down.

I’ve tried to call and visit this shop so many times during their regular business hours and they’re never here. So here I am again at 3pm on Friday and no one is here. One time I got a hold of someone on the phone and it was a very strange experience, so much talking about things that weren’t really relevant, and then they were supposed to follow up but never did.I don’t know how this store stays open.

When the Easter bouquet was delivered and the recipients were not home, they did not bother to call the number provided or bring to a neighbour's house, they simply left the flowers at the front door to wilt overnight. Very disappointing considering the $15 delivery charge to an address 5 minutes away from the shop. Also, perhaps someone with better penmanship could be assigned to sign the card. I guess it ended up matching the sad bouquet in the end. Sadly, they also did not respond to my follow up email to remedy the situation. Therefore, I do not recommend this florist.

Awful experience Feb 14th ..online order over $207. Waited an hour and a half in store to pick up. How is this owner in business? So rude . The arrangement was not at all what was asked for ..grocery store flowers look better. Never again. Be warned.12 roses that died quickly and ugly wheat sprigs..unreal!

Flowers were ordered for a grieving widow. This half-dead mess is what arrived and we were told 'it may need water' When we sent an email, with pictures, to show what it looked like there was no response. Would never recommend this florist. In another cut flower bouquet from the same florist the lilies were already past their prime. **** Edited: Arrangement arrived at 9:15 am Feb 18. Picture taken at 5:15 pm same day. Emailed company with no response. *** Her defense in this review is indefensible.

*Dry Preservation Review*: I was married in Sept 2021 and as a gift (coordinated by a sister) I had my bridal bouquet dry preserved through Petals n Buds. There was not much info online about this specific service so I figured I would write a review for others considering the floral dry preservation. See photo for final preservation (unframed) by Petals n Buds.The process was frustrating as communication was a huge challenge:• I was mistaken for another bride via email.• The scheduled drop off the bouquet and scheduled pick up of the preservation were both missed by this business.• There were long delays via email. I felt that unless I kept emailing to check on the status every 2 months this project may have never been completed. Communication is required throughout the process to choose the size/shape of the matte/frame and may other details, but I wasn't asked these next-step questions unless I emailed first.Total time: 9 months from the time bouquet was delivered (day after wedding) to the time I could pick up the dried arrangement (unframed).Total cost: $698 (obviously this will vary depending on the project, but this is just what we paid, which does not include a frame). This was over three installments, and it was not clear from the beginning what the total cost would be.Final product: I am mostly happy with the arrangement. It seems to have preserved well, which I would guess is not easy with the big blooms I had in my bouquet. I was surprised to see some plastic greenery in it but it is subtle. I had asked for a cream/white matte but received it on a mauve-coloured velvet matte - but at that point I was not going to argue because I was just glad to receive the finished product after the long wait.

Happy with the arrangement that I ordered. It was easy to call and despite a hiccup in receiving my order they were able to get the order out the day I called to ask about it and the recipient is happy - All that matters :)Thanks!

What I ordered and paid $100 for (on the left) and what was delivered (on the right). The only substitution was to be different coloured roses...as she did not have orange. Its a nice bouquet, something I would pick up at the grocery store not what I expect from a Florist. When I confronted her she was very very rude and started yelling at me, twice I asked her to stop yelling. She then accused me of wanting my money back to which I said no but a reduction would be nice and was told I was not getting one. Told me to go and ask for it back and they could have a store credit...really. As she started yelling at me again I did hang up. If she had been more open and honest with me and said she could not do that arrangement I could have chosen a different one.Total lack of professionalism and very poor customer service.Absolutely do not recommend.
