Sun Camera repaired a problem with a bent pin in the CF card slot of my Nikon D810. Very fast turnaround (two days), extremely reasonable rates. They even did a sensor cleaning & tune-up while they had it. Friendly, expert service you can rely on. Highly recommended.

They lost my camera in transit and blame it on me for not TELLING them to buy shipping insurance. This indicates they are not professional in doing camera service business which you are expected to handle expensive equipment. The incident happened two months ago and is still not resolved now. They are also unresponsive to my multiple inquiries.

Came for a sensor/lens cleaning for my Nikon D700 and Nikkor 24-70 and they did a fantastic job and great turnaround time. Mike was upfront on cost and what would be done, great customer service. Thanks again guys for the awesome job.
