I have been extremely happy with the service I've received from Awards Unlimited. I have used their service on a few occasions and have been impressed with the turn around time and the quality of the product. On top of that Keith is always willing to take the time to ensure I get the right product/award for the occasion. I will certainly use their services again as the need presents itself and would recommend them to anyone looking to reward their staff or other key stakeholders for any reason.

This shop has absolutely amazing customer service! I called multiple times to ask questions and no matter who answered they were super kind and helped and advised me in anyway they could. The process for ordering was easy and didn’t require me actually going into the store which was a bonus. The product turned out fantastic and was such a steal of a deal. I want to make trophies for everything in my life now because I enjoyed my experience so much here.

I brought my Pet Urn in to have my Cat's information put on it. I was just going to put a Sublimated plate with his Picture and information on it. Kim, informed me that Sublimation can fade over time. So she recommend that I laser engrave the top. So I did both. I was very please with the work that they did and the quick turn around. I was looking to order up some Broomball pins as our team was heading to Nationals. With only 4 weeks before the tourney I was was worried as to who could help me get them in time. Awards Unlimited was the place. Kim was a pleasure to deal with and the pins came in a very timely manner. The price was very reasonable and the quality of the pins was fantastic. I Ordered Plaques and Medals for a Science Olympics event.Kim Spivey assisted me via phone and email multiple times, very friendly and easy to talk to. Material was shipped from Edmonton to Peace River and arrived on time.I would strongly recommend this facility to anyone looking for great quality award products and fast service.

We prdered a trophy for one of our clients that is a non-profit. The quality of the work and the price point was excellent for their needs.The order should have taken 7-10 business days, Kim and the team turned this around in one day to accommodate a pick up while we were in the city and could avoid shipping costs the following week.They went above and beyond and it is much appreciated!

Kim was great to deal with from start to finish. I had two plaques made up for important presentations, and - of course - wanted them to be perfect. I had visited several other businesses before walking through their doors and have never had to think again about leaving. The staff have always been wonderful with amazing professionalism, accuracy to detail and a warm welcome every time I am in. I am always pleased to see the new items they offer and bring into the show room as the continue to be a great leader in their area of expertise. I have and continue to recommend them to other business and organizations having always heard back how awesome they were to work with. I am so very glad they are the marvelous local business that they are.

I purchased three beautiful crystal engravings from AU with the pics of late family members to be placed on each of them. They did a amazing job for a good price. I am very happy with the work they have done. I definitely will be back in the future. Thank you awards unlimited!

Why do I keep coming back? It came down to top notch service. Very friendly. I found they will do all they can to get you the best product that is most appropriate for your needs. We have done items for personal and business use. On two occasions we had them recreate a plaque we had for years so we could have two identical plaques hanging next to each other. You can't tell them apart. We ordered items for our community league which have been done quickly. We had some laser engraving done up for our Scout group which turned out even better than I had envisioned. Everything has been quick and the quality has been superb. Because we LIKE Awards Unlimited on Facebook I was lucky enough to enter one of their competitions and win a free rental of their large golden statue which I gave to my kids' school. That was a huge hit and was really appreciated. Overall it has been a great experience.
