Poor customer service. I bought a ceiling fan, installed it, and spent 3 hours fixing the very loud humming noise it was making,but I couldn't. So the very next day, I packed the whole fan and went to this store where I bought it from.They didn't want to return the faulty fan and wouldn't refund the money,nor give me a store credit. The young girl at the returns counter insisted me on buying something else of the same value. They had only 2 brands in stock, and I didn't want to buy the same brand again. Other brand was vey expensive. I asked the girl to talk to the manager. Andy came back to me with the same answer. We don't refund open products. I told him that I wouldn't have the need to return if this fan was working. I am returning this product because it is faulty.He wouldn't listen. The young girl wanted me to take the box back and come back with it when I was ready to purchase something of the same price. I finally was able to get a store credit. Note to the customer service...I will never go to this store again and rather buy from Costo, who has the best return exchange policy. Andy,the manager needs some training in customer service for sure.

Instead of looking up the products and helping your customer, you decide to just gossip with the two other employees. Instead, I had to go to online pick up for them to look up my item. And that is after I was walking around the whole store to look for a product that is not even there. But online it says you have 4 and it’s in aisle 59 but there is bug spray there.

This Canadian Tire feels more claustrophobic than others. Are the aisles smaller? They have it jam-packed with everything you need though. Finding the checkouts or customer service isn't obvious because the shelving is so high.

Not a bad store. It's funny how this store used to seem so massive when it opened, now it seems small compared to the standard sizes of other stores in the area. They have a fair bit of product and a good sports department here, but not as much stock space due to the stores size. I've personally found the staff are few and far between to find assistance. Still not bad for the majority of your needs.

The cashier is the ONLY reason I'm giving it as high a score as I am. She was so sweet and helpful. I was shopping for a specific item that was on sale. I found what should have been them & went to cash & the cashier checked the information because they scanned up wrong. She sent me back to the area I was in & called the employee from that area to help (said employee had already sent me to the right spot" & was rather rude to deal with in general. She was snippy with me because apparently it was my fault she sent me to the wrong spot. She walked away and left me to put back the items before I could follow her to find the "proper item marked." Didn't help again. Took them up to cash. They were AGAIN the wrong stock. This te the cashier was done. She was displeased that the employee wasn't helpful. She called the employee to the front

Lots of parking and great location.Garden centre was fully stocked and the isles were clean. Some good deals if you really look at their flyer sales.Unfortunately the auto centre has slowed down and I don’t see much work being done since Covid but they carry a lot of car parts.Staff is friendly and helpful.

I would suggest that a few of the older staff receive training or undergo some coaching from corporate. Every time I or my partner have interacted with a couple of the older ladies, they are 'not in the mood' and have been very rude. I understand Post-COVID has brought much in the way of stress etc, but we are ALL dealing with it. You are in a position of Customer Service. Their attitudes are unacceptable. Everyother uni student or HS employee has been helpful and polite. I worked in retail and customer service for 6 years and that attitude needs to be addressed. Unfortunately, more than 3 times experiencing this has led us to seek supplies in the south end where they have not been rude once.

I ordered an item from the online store and they called and told me that it was out of order. I would be getting a refund.A week later I found the item on my porch! Had no clue it was being delivered, since I was told that they were out of stalk at Woodlawn location.I did not hear anything about the item being delivered. No call, no email, nothing.Someone could have stolen it.Thank you to Oakville for delivering the item from their store. Very much appreciated.Woodlawn location, what a disappointment.

Poor customer service. Staff stocked a slightly different product on the shelf (Meguiar’s Hot Shine Tire Coating vs. Meguiar’s Hot Shine Tire Foam) which had a sale price difference of $4. While purchasing the product that was stocked as, and I understood to be $16.19, it rang in at $20.69. They refused to honour the price their own staff had stocked it at.
