No matter how busy they are, they always take the time and ensure everything is accurate and they take all the stress and worry out of tax time" and feelings of being overwhelmed and they quickly put you at ease. They handle everything....and....if you choose the "instant cash back" option...within a few hours you receive a phone call from a happy H&R block employee telling you that your taxes are done and your money is ready for you to pick up:-) I highly recommend H&R Block ☆☆☆☆☆ :-D"

After waiting months and being told I was going to be helped with my company's bookkeeping month after month. Now I am told there is no one that can help me that I should look elsewhere. I suggest to get something in writing if agree to work with this office. Be forewarned.

This year I filed remotely. The agent that filed my Taxes was very helpful. I was able to change my file to an instant return and come right to the office. The staff at the location were informative and engaging and explained well all the fees for filing and for my return. I will file my taxes at the Young rd location again next year.

I do taxes for my mother who I have power of attorney for. Since it’s a small amount I do instant cash back. I had no idea that I would go there and be handed a credit card in my mother’ name. Been trying to deal with DCbank to transfer the money into my mom’s account for almost two weeks now. It’s under review by their legal team. So much for instant cash back. Thanks HR block for turning a simple easy cash back process into this stupid credit card system. If DC bank doesn’t give me an answer by tomorrow morning I will contact you to see what you can do to fix this. If you can’t I will find a new way to do mine and my mother’s taxes.

The last two years I've had my taxes done at this location and it was a great experience both times; fast service, knowledgable staff that explains everything in a way I understand, and I was super happy with the return they got me!Would recommend to anyone.

Went to sign after getting called in and my appointment was double booked so set a meeting for Thursday and went in and they didn't have it completed so had to wait for a phone call later that night. (Edit) see on the cra website they messed up now I own 396$

I've filed at this particular location the last 3 years since I moved to Chilliwack and it has always been a great experience. The pleasant and reliable staff make my life way easier being able to drop off without notice and always speedy service.

I was trying to deal with a Ashley at the front desk about my tax return and she was extremely short and rude in our conversation. Raising her voice and just extremely short. I am not impressed with the service at this location at all as I have been dealing with hr for the past 10 years. I have never had a problem with getting information about my return in my lifeAnd not only was Ashley no help with information but was also very short yelling and rude. So just an update after spending hours on the phone trying to get ahold of CRA just like this women Ashley had told me I had to do in order to find out where my tax return was I found out that not only was I given false information from the Ashely when she told me that the money was direct deposited into my account but that CRA had not even had my information for direct deposit yetNot only was she completely rude to me but she had given false information and was no help at all. I do not recommend going to this hr if ever dealing with hr block againI am very disappointed in the efforts after paying them money on the spot for doing a job for meI am now going above and beyond to a higher management about the services I have received from this HR block. All said and done I was told that I would have my return at the latest of the 5th of march it is now the 15th and I had to hunt down what was going on my self just to find out that this location was giving me false information all along. I have never been so dissatisfied and disappointed in a service. How ever the manager did reach out to me today to discuss the matters and make things better I do respect that and do appreciate it and appreciate the support on figuring out what is going on.

Less than great experience. Horrendous customer service, the receptionist was rude. Liberty Tax next door has far better customer service, they were kind, professional, and polite there. None could be said about H & R Block from my experience. Had an appointment booked online and when I went in, even without asking for my name, the receptionist said they were booked… Go to Liberty Tax.

Has the tax deadline really been extended to June 1st. Can you remove old updates
