I worked with Shawn when purchasing my first home three years ago and it was a great experience. Shawn was patient, had a ton of knowledge, was professional and he has a fun light hearted personality. He was available 24/7, had a lot of recommendations, gave me his honest opinions and never once pressured me to make a decision, even though it took about a year to find the right place. He really kept the whole process fun, and I always looked forward to checking out new houses with him.When it came putting in an offer/closing, he was on top of things, fast to act and it took the pressure off of me.When I finally got the keys and moved in, he had left me a moving in gift, which I found to be very thoughtful.
