The bad:Constant water shutdowns.Management wouldn’t fix issues they’re supposed to, in my case, the kitchen faucet, door handle, and bedroom door - they kept saying they’d do it for 5 months.The good:Generally clean.Superintendent was very accommodating.

Poor property management company holds back a really great landlord. The apt sizes are good, and if they avoided renting to students they could have a full house of stable renters. Also trend of owners is to remove old wall to wall carpeting, but the soundproofing isn't built for hard floors so every footstep, dog claw click can be heard by unit below. The carpeting muffled that much better.
