Highly recommend this place. I went in for a stone chip repair that was a day old this morning. They greeted me with a smile and told me it would be ready in 15 minutes. I opted to leave it as I had errands to run. Came to find it repaired nicely and hardly noticeable. This is my second time using this business for stone chip repair. Definitely will be back. Next will be a full windshield replacement.

We’ve used them twice before with insurance. The third time was out of pocket and is the worst and last time we’ll be using them. Told that they only update customers twice a week of possible delays (car marked as delayed by end of day Thursday? Good luck finding that out before Tuesday of next week). We returned our rental car that we paid for out of pocket because they advised the car would be ready on Wednesday. We’ve since returned the rental and don’t have a car. Still have not received a single call from these people about the status of the car. Management didn’t seem to care at all.

Needed help puttimg the handle back on the driver side door and they did it in no time, even when just showing up to make an appointment. And they didn't cahrge me at all. Great customer service!!

I highly recommend this place. I went into get a stone chip repaired. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating and greeted me with smiles. They fixed the stone chip in a timely manner. Great service.

I was welcomed by a team of friendly smiling staff. Great energy in the clean waiting room. Each staff member who walked by greeted me with a hello . The work was done quickly professionally and efficiently. They are well organized and run an excellent business. I highly recommend Assured in Chelmsford. Thanks for the great service!

This is my second time here in just over a month for 2 separate windshield glass chip incidents. Both times I walked into their shop without an appointment, I was greeted with smiles and friendly attitudes! Both chips were a little beyond the normal however they were both fully repaired with no issue at all! Honourable mention to the quality of their work as both chips are virtually unnoticeable after being filled and a great price for this service. Definitely my choice for windshield repair and when I require it, I will use their other services in the future! Thank you Assured Chelmsford. It has been a pleasure.

Great service and absolutely amazing service at the front desk! Rachelle is the most personable and friendly woman you'll ever have the pleasure to meet! Had a few issues with my car after I picked it up from getting repaired and with no hesitation at all they got my car back in to address and fix the problem.
