Diana Crosswhite from Centre Holiday's- Lady Di travel was able to help make a Christmas wish come true for my family. This was my first Christmas with my Dad in 16 years. What an adventure! From helping us select the best flights (Our return flight was less than $150), to using my Westjet points, Diana explained every step and was able to give us a phenomenal deal. Thank you Centre Holiday's for having amazing staff and packages.

My parents booked a flight through one of their agents. We weren't allowed to board on our flight and we spoke to the airlines regarding a refund, they said we can get it but have to do it through the agent that booked our flight. The agent has said he will get us a refund but has stopped responding. It has been 3 months now. Don't book flights through their agents, they are unreliable and don't have any customer service skills. The flight booking process was weird too because the agent asked us to do an internet transfer and send him the money.

We booked few times different packages with agent Teodor and we were very very pleased with his services and knowledge. He is always available for any questions or concerns we have and couple of times he solved some issues we had with the bookings. We would highly recommend Teodor for any travel arrangements you may need.

We recently booked a family vacation with Diana Crosswhite at Centre Holidays and had a great experience. Diana worked with me to find a resort that met my specific criteria and my budget. She was friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I will definitely use Diana again when booking future holidays.

We got ripped-off by this company. A large group of us were looking to book a holiday south with our friend who had ALS. We came across Impact Vacations which is through Centre Holidays. They supposedly specialize in accessible vacations for people with disabilities. At first, Sarah Tengler seemed to be helpful until we all sent her our $200 deposit and that's when her effort diminished. Every booking that she found for us she waited too long after we gave our approval to book that in the end each one was taken and we were left with no options. She never even offered to look into other options and we never heard from her again. She got well over $1500 (from our group) for basically doing nothing and we were out a holiday. A trip that would have been a nice memory and one last venture south for our friend. What a frustrating experience!

I've never used a travel agent before however I was part of a group trip that did. Mandana was our agent and I can't express how incredibly wonderful she is! The most thoughtful professional who deeply cares about each traveler and their needs. Mandana's level of service is extraordinary. My family experienced a medical emergency on the day of our flight to our dream vacation and she has gone above and beyond to assist us with our needs. I can't recommend her enough!

My Finance (at the time ) and I booked Barbara Hicks through Centre Holidays for our destination wedding. I came across their agency through wedding wire. Barb got back in touch with us right away and was very friendly/personable. I had reached out to two different agencies and had very different experiences. Barbara listened to our wants and needs and followed through with her promises. We were glad we chose her. She was very easy to get in contact with throughout the process . She was professional and relatable throughout. Closer to our departure day we had a few mix ups with our tickets and she was quick to rectify to mistakes. She has been open to us contacting her even after our successful trip . We are looking forward to working with Barb again in the upcoming year for our honeymoon.Shawna and Shawn

I recently required a hotel in Mississauga for a wedding for myself and my 10 yr old son. Being the photographer there is a lot of high pressure and things need to run smoothly and booking hotels with certain requirements can be a challenge. I contacted Candice and told her my requirements, location area and budget. She quickly got back to me with several options all within the area I needed and well within the budget, and with the requirements needed. After choosing the hotel I liked most, booking with her was extremely simple and fast. Upon check in there were no issues and check out was just as easy. The hotel had everything I needed. Thank You Candice for making this so simple and easy allowing me to concentrate on my duties without having to worry if things were going to foul up. I look forward to booking with you in the future.

We booked a trip to Jamaica through Bonita Smith. We had a few bumps along the way and Bonita went above and beyond to assist us. We will never use another agent again. She is absolutely amazing and genuinely cares about her customers. Thank you Bonita!! You’re the best!!!

We always book with Centre Holidays. Since 2013, we book with agent Teodor in Toronto. Not only does he make the booking process simple for us, but he has travelled everywhere and we can always rely on him for expert advice. And on top of that, he gives us seats together on the plane - something no other travel agency has done for us! We can go to the airport relaxed knowing we will sit together, rather than getting there 3+ hours ahead praying to get seats together - something that, in 2003, we did not get on our way to Cuba - they gave us seats 23 rows apart! My message to all my friends is - look no further. Centre Holidays is the way to go.
