Do not go here I brought four custom rims here to have them balanced and installed first of all they chipped all the paint around where the Caps go in while they were balancing them then proceeded to tell me that my tires didn't fit on my car it was the wrong bolt pattern which I absolutely know it is I took it to another shop and they put the tires on no problem so they charged me $50 to balance the tires not install them when it was supposed to be $50 balance and all he cares about is the money would not even listen to me when I told him I knew for a fact those were the rims that fit on that car

Liars and scammers!Dont be fooled by the amazing price....there is a reason they give low quotes, because they end up ripping you off.Showed me a very lightly used tire that he quoted me a good price for.When I got my car, all 4 tires were different and had different wear, they were all worse than what I was shown.I dont know if I wasnt taken seriously because Im a woman or what.I was also refused a receipt....If you could give 0 stars, I would.

Not ImpressedI went in and was offered 4 brand new Michelin tires for an very very amazing price so I agree. Half way through I walk over just to look since I've heard stories about tire places from friends and wanted to make sure a good job was being done.To my horror, they were installing 4 no name brand tires and one of them was different (All 4 tires were the same brand, but one had a different thread) Isn't that the point of buying new tires? Guaranteed identical thread? I demanded that he explain to me where the very good deal on Michelin tire's he had promised me were. This led to a shouting match, I took the shouting into his waiting room to make sure his other clients heard that he had play switcheroo with me.In the end I let it go because the very low price was just for no name brand tires anyways so it was if I just went anywhere else and got the cheapest kind they have - but he did entice me by lying on the phone to get me into his shop. I also let the non-matching thread go but I will never go back.The owner also refused to give me a receipt.

I bring my vehicle to fix the alignment. It takes me to go back to them four times for the same problem. In addition, they let you to wait more than 3 hours for every visit. Not a fastest service and rude workers.

The staff are so kind and efficient. I came to them in an emergency to repair a flat tire. They accommodated me right away and repaired the tire immediately. The price was very fair. I would highly recommend this garage.

HEED THIS WARNING. STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!We went in for used winter tires that we were told had 50/60% left on the tread. They were to be installed on the wheels of the vehicle. When we arrived they had a completely different set of wheels installed with a completely different set of tires that are pretty much bald and unsafe. But to add to the dilemma improper tools were used to remove and install the wheel nuts which have now led them to all be rounded including improper reinstallation of these same wheel nuts which then stripped several wheel studs. So now not only did we not have the tires we wanted on the wheels we wanted them on there was no way to rectify the situation due to the fact that there was no mechanics on duty (which went without saying). So now here we are back home with a terrible set of tires on the wrong wheels stripped wheel studs and wheel nuts with a vehicle that is very much unsafe to drive but now we have to repair all of this shotty work and yet get another set of winter tires. Oh and did I mention we were sent away with some of the wheel nuts not even tightened all the way down to the wheel. Yeah... Super safe. Although we were assured this was 100% safe.The kicker here is, just like the other gentleman that added a review. All was paid in cash with no receipts for the work performed drawn up at all. HEED THIS WARNING. STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!

MOHAMAD ABDULHUSSEIN is the owner.His son is a hot head that attempted to start a fist fight with me when I returned the following day because they put the wrong size tires on my truck. The used tires were in great shape but Mohamed deceived me by neglecting to tell me they were not the correct size.I came in for two used tires but he convinced me to buy 4 because they were such great price.Because of the smaller tires my speedometer was reading about 15 percent higher then the actual speed I was doing.Consequently my fuel economy was compromised by 15%.

I previously went to Golden Tire in December 2014 to have my winters installed only to have them mess up three of four DIRECTIONAL tires. I had to go back, and being a woman was treated very ignorantly but they redid everything. No discount, no apology nothing. And here I am again. I work within a 2 minute walk, I NEEDED my tires on, and as much as I didn't want to go back there, I thought WTH its close, $40 is decent, so I went back December 8, 2016. When I returned to pick up my car, I was told they broke a stud and to bring the car back the next morning they would do it. Also, when I went to pay with 3 twenties, he had no change and I was told I would get it tomorrow. And the third strike - when I got to my car and my old tires and rims were not there. They acted surprised that I asked for them back. Tires may be garbage, but those rims are mine!!! So this morning 9AM I drop off the car and remind the owner (who is very ignorant) that he owes me $10 and he said NO NO NO the stud is a paid job you have to pay the mechanic... to which I told him his mechanic broke it, you can keep the $10 and call it fair and he said no. So an additional $50 (less $10) to change the stud. I wasn't impressed with this garage 2 years ago and even less now!!!

My wheel fell off the hub. He replaced both front hubs, 1 caliper and both front brakes and pads for $400. I bought all my parts from caps to save $$.Forgot to tighten my lug nuts, my wheels started to vibrate a couple days later so 4 stars now.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM. I've been to golden tire in the past and cannot believe they are still running. The price is cheap for a reason. They will recharge you to do a job they messed up. Sell you tires that they install and have a bulge from the start. I've witnessed them break exterior parts on a taxi while lifting it. Set a sedans engine on fire and extinguish it. The owner is an empty souled crook with no regard for other people and their safety. So many decent shops out there, stay clear from here! You have been warned!
