LHSC - Parking Lot P3
Was fast and all the nurses were very kind and caring of my child. He ended up having the flu. They gave me instructions and how to handle it. Also, what I should do if he doesn't improve or things turn to the worse. Usually I have had long wait times when I have gone with my children. but its usually because it was later in the night. If you need to take your child try 630-730pm. I was in and out in two hours. Thank you to the staff!

Nice clean hospital, friendly staff for the most part. Helpful if you get lost as it is a large place. Parkingot is difficult to maneuver if you drive a bigger vehicle. The gate attendants could be a little more pleasant.

A well maintained hospital and staff. Doctors and nurses are very nice and helpful as well!The only thing concern me is about parking, I don’t understand why patients need to pay for parking. Visitors can be understood but should not be for patients, on the top we don’t want to wait but every time I end up waiting over 2-3 hrs on the top of scheduled time, just becs they don’t able to get blood work on time and then doctors are busy.

My twin daughters were born here and have spent a couple of weeks here easily and have still not figured my way out between the various blocks. The staff here is super courteous and they know their job well. By far one of the best health care people in Ontario.

Staff in emergency were great. My husband went to 5th floor at noon on Monday. Was there till Tuesday at 2 pm. Did not once get offered a washcloth to wash up. Quality of bed was terrible. Mattress was thin and so uncomfortable. Leak in bathroom sink that squirted water in your face. Watched a staff sit at the nurses station for 45 min texting on her phone . Can not believe the quality of service in this hospital (other than the emergency). If I could have been able to take him to Woodstock hospital I would have. Parking is so so expensive. Sorry for the rant but that's what happens when you are asked to give a review.

Although they are extremely overcrowded, they strive to ensure any patient has the best care possible. My son, Jason, was extremely ill. I found they really appreciated that someone from his fanily was able to be there with him. I have respect for their desire to ensure that each patient has the best care possible. Thank you to Victoria London Health Sciences for the care and consideration of patients and their loved ones. As I don't driver I thought my sister did an excellent job of mastering their parking spaces. Again, thank you to all the medical staff tending to Jason's health care.

Of you’re coming here with children you will get the best care in the city.All the nurses and doctors are very caring and compassionate. Two of our children were born here and the treatment we received was head and shoulders above other hospitals we’ve been to.The facility itself is clean and well maintained. Some decent options for food and beverages if you’re here during the day. Parking can be a bit of a pain when it’s busy but not worth losing a star in the review.

The parking facilities are fairly clean and organized. It is convenient that you can use you credit card to access the garage and then use the same card to pay at the gate on the way out.It is not a reflection of Imparks business, but instead our provincial government. I hate paying to park on publicly owned property to access our public health care system!! Especially when there is ample parking for all visitors and no other lots in the area charge for parking. Sorry for the rant.

Great hospital.. both University and Victoria campus are amazing. Has saved my mom's life.. twice. Double bypass. Had excellent broken leg surgery myself. Thank you Canada, Doctors, Nurses, all hospital staff. Your amazing.
