I've always had a really positive experience in this clinic.I felt listened to, I felt like the nurses and staff were knowledgeable, friendly and gave you the time.

I realize this place is run by community members and I appreciate the work they do very much. However, the phone answering system does not work. They have a menu option “if you need to speak with someone” - which I do. But if you select this menu option, it just endlessly loops you through a prerecorded message and you can’t actually get anyone on the phone.

Website does not allow booking appointments, and they can't be made in person or over the phone either. Walk in is also not an option unless you're prepared to arrive within the first 5 mins of opening and then wait 6 hours to come back and actually be seen. I've been refused service multiple times because I can't schedule my entire day around the unreasonably disorganised system they have here

The admin staff really seemed to care about getting me connected quickly and the volunteers were very helpful and eased my anxiety right away. The nurses took time to listen, were understanding and compassionate, and offered helpful advice and information in a very matter-of-fact way. They were knowledgeable when answering my questions and skilled in assessment and treatment. Everything was done so efficiently! All-in-all, while I hope not to have reason to return, I would highly recommend this Service to anyone in need. What an invaluable resource for our community!

When you call in the telephone system of numbers you press and information is horrendous ... someone needs to stream-line it. It repeats, doesn't take you where you want to go ... I volunteer to fix the system!!

Nurses were very diligent in providing information and getting testedGot my HPV vaccine. Appointment went smoothOnly thing that would be nice is email confirmation of test results instead of over phone, but I understand their busy

Can’t book online and walk-ins are full at 3pm when they open. Please use a booking system and save people time.Wasn’t the only one turned away, several people walked in after me with the same sentiment.

This is my second HIV test, I decided to try this place because of the good reviews. I was not able to book an appointment online because no reservation was available for any date (system issue maybe?). However, I did notice that it is encouraging drop-ins. So I transited on a Wednesday after work to the Davie street location, and arrived there at 6h45 PM. I thought this would allow enough time for drop-ins since it’s a weekday and they close at 9pm. After buzzing the door, I was told that they are fully booked and got immediately hanged up upon.They should not encourage drop-ins if they are easily booked up, especially their appointment booking system appeared to be broken. This is disappointing since everywhere else was closed by then and I wasted 1h30 hours in transit for nothing.
