bought my MacBook pro from there years ago. Noticed they were arrogant but no problem otherwise. went in for something else the other day, and they couldn't help, and when I expressed dismay at coming all the way for nothing, the person took it personally and told me I was very rude in an aggressive way, and kept harping there. It reminded me of their attitude years ago which I had forgotten. Arrogant and unhelpful. Don't go there They treat you as if they are doing a favour talking to you. Forget about the customer is always right!!! haha.And watch how this will be answered as well.

Thank you for all your help!! I was served by Simon who was very patient and helpful, followed up by the owner of the store who was gracious enough to give me a lot of his time explaining how to fix my MacBook Pro as well as update it to a more relevant and productive status. I was well taken care of and appreciated the personal service. I have been a customer for years and have always had a good experience. Hopefully my Mac won’t need repair but If it does that’s the place I’ll go.

Quite frankly one of the best customer-service experiences I've had! Une des meilleures expériences clients que j'ai vécu!They worked with my timelines, always smiling and supportive, took all my 'dumb' questions and made replacing my laptop a positive experience. They even helped me save money with my insurance. Highly recommend.

Went there with a problem with a microphone and needed different cables and connections. The staff was super patient and even looked up option on internet with me to make sure i didn’t buy something i didn’t needed. Finally, they figured out the problem !Highly recommend

I strongly recommend this place! They're truly specialists on Apple products, they went above and beyond to make sure my macbook pro was fixed before my business trip even if it was short notice. Its super easy to book an appointment with them, you just go online and they document all your information correctly so you don't have to repeat the problem 123892 times to different people. Charles was a true expert and super kind! I hope my laptop doesn't break again but if it does im definitely going back there! Thanks guys!
