Cassie is AMAZING! Her group workouts are well planned and fun! She creates a very welcoming environment that encourages each and every participant. Cassie’s personal training is top notch! She pushes me and writes down my progress which makes it more tangible. Cassie uses SMART goal setting and allows us to set a goal for me that is attainable!

I’ve been going to Cassandra’s classes for a year now! No two have ever been the same. There’s so much variety, she’s energetic and fun! I love the bootcamp total body workouts! It’s a casual non-competitive atmosphere. The music is an added bonus. Highly recommend!
