I had to bring my cat in sick and he was very old. The doctor was very honest with me and very caring about making my decision to have my kitty put down. It was a hard time, and I felt like they handles are extremely well.

To make a long story short, I Took my cat Sushi here for his diabetic treatment and testing, he had passed away unexpectedly in May while I was away for a few days, and not one follow up call, no card, nothing. I myself had called the clinic twice since his passing to ask questions, one of which was possibly to do a necropsy. The only follow up call I received was if I wanted to go through with necropsy and what I wished to do with his after life care. Meanwhile, I am grieving harder than I ever have in my life, and traumatized with what happened. A call from a doctor, 5 minutes of their time, would have made a world of a difference. But I guess money is the only motivation for the clinic.I thought I picked a clinic that had a heartbeat and really cared about their patients and pet parents.The doctors are great, and I am happy with how they were with us, but that’s about it. I have already decided to move on from this clinic to another for the rest of my animals.

We have trusted Jane Animal Hospital with the care of our dog for many years and have always had good experiences. When we recently had to make the heartbreaking decision to say goodbye to our pup, the team there was really exceptional. We felt truly supported as they guided us through the process with patience and compassion.

All the staff at Jane Animal Hospital are a pleasure to deal with; they are friendly, kind, and prompt to answer any questions or concerns, as well as easy to book appointments with. My cat was recently neutered here and they were wonderful from start to finish (and the cat is doing great!) ❤️

The best vet in town, they compassion, humanity and level of care they provide is second to none. These are true animal lovers through and through and will treat your beloved fur babies one of their own. We especially love Dr.Roque as she is so gentle in her approach. The way she took care of my late cat Brooklyn and our current babies Rusty and Brightheart always puts me at ease whenever I take them in. So thank you all for everything you do, you are a gem and I always look forward to my trip to the Jane Animal Hosptial.

We had a serious emergency last weekend and unfortunately, the vet on staff was in surgery and wasn't available. Nonetheless, they were so kind and went above and beyond to help us find a clinic that could provide emergency care and our little pup is doing well. Our family owes them an enormous debt of gratitude.

I took my very nervous dog Korben to Jane Animal Hospital for the first time today to have a broken nail removed. My pup is a rescue and EXTREMELY nervous and afraid around other people. It’s been hard finding a vet in the city that is not only very reasonable, but also very understanding of Korben’s situation. The staff at this animal hospital are exceptional. They made me feel very comfortable and confident that my pup would be okay in their care. They needed to put Korben under sedation because he was so terrified, and they called me with updates during the process. I can’t recommend this place enough.If you’re like me and have a very nervous pup and have had little luck in finding a good fit for your furry friend, this is the place for you. I took my cat here during COVID times and felt very comfortable with their rules and treatment of me and my pet. I did not feel comfortable leaving my senior kitty alone and they completely understood this. The vet and staff were helpful, reasonable, honest and informative. I actually left some paperwork there and they found it over a year later and called me to confirm my address so they could return it. They had very helpful tips on affordable care or how to access financial help for your pet. Thankfully, I didn't need any of this however it was really great to speak with a clinic that was so helpful.Thank you for such a respectful and positive experience.

Amazing staff. Friendly, caring, attentive.Clearly recommended treatment starting from ones that were most needed/least invasive/least costly, and proceeding from there.Great hours.Cannot recommend them enough.

They genuinely love and care for your pets like their own. I love visiting them for their expertise and bedside manners. They make my sometimes skittish dog, Pippin, feel very comfortable and are patient in answering the many questions I as a hyper dog mom end up having.I highly recommend Jane Animal Hospital for all your fur baby needs!
