So glad to have this shop close to my work. Great deals if you're a CD person as I am. Quite often kill my break just perusing through the titles and surprise myself by finding something I'd forgotten I was looking for, or something I once had on cassette/vinyl. Great selection of classic rock artists!

Good employees and great customer services

Terrific place with a good record selection. The staff is helpful, and don't mind looking for titles in their online inventory for you - try to limit your asks if there's a lineup behind you though. If their 4k movie selection was better I'd give them 5 stars. Decent selection of music related T shirts too. This is a Canadian store ... buy your music and movies HERE and not online!

Aside from the store having some pretty neat stuff their customer service is absolutely atrocious! First time in that store today and NOT once were we acknowledged by the two employees in the store and several times we were within clear normal speaking range. No hellos or hi there. Not a peep from either one of them. How do you expect to keep a customer base when you can't even say hello to someone in the store? We were the only two customers in the store! They weren't even speaking to each other!! Clearly a negative environment that's now deterred us from returning.

One of the few stores in the GTA that actually sells movies on Blu-ray and DVD anymore, a good place to go if you’re searching for collectibles, T-Shirts or authentic music! My go-to place for new releases!

Walked in with my family on Sunday evening & saw one employee at cash on his phone, he looked up, saw us & continued on his phone. No hello, how are you guys, what brings you guys in or how can I help you!! We walked all the way to the end of the store meaning we had to walk by the employee at cash & still no acknowledgement, walked back toward the front of the store & still no acknowledgement, I would’ve even accepted a have a goodnight or bye at this point. Perhaps the employee was having a bad day, maybe it’s because we were a coloured family or maybe he just didn’t want to be there anymore, I’ll never know. Originally we went into the store to see if they had a specific board game we had been on a hunt for, & to our luck they did have it. Even though the board game was there we agreed to not purchase it due to lack of customer service during our short time there. My son was a bit disappointed that we didn’t get the board game he wanted, but I had to explain to him why we chose not to purchase it. People need to remember a simple hello goes a long way, especially now after everything the world has & continue to deal with.

This store is great. The staff are super nice and actually know how to talk with people (unlike most shops these days) They have a pretty large selection of Dvd's album's blu ray's etc. And their prices are all pretty low.
