We just returned the hospital after my daughter surgery and had to collect some medication. I walked in at 10:15 and came out at 11:50. My daughter was in pain and I went and explained the situation at 10:45 and the agent said we are preparing. Everybody that came after me left. I was receiving calls from home and asked again at 11:15 and only then the pharmacist started preparing our prescription. After few mins came back and informed the insurance is not working. I said forget the insurance, I will pay and claim later. I finally was able to make the payment and collect the medication. While I thought it was over, they included an extra product that was lying on the counter assuming it was mine. So they had to refund it and I came out at 11:50. The good thing is, they have few 30 minutes parking spots right in front of the door. But in my case, it was useless.

I had a very upsetting experience at this Jean Coutu and I advise Anglophone customers to stay away from here if possible. I drove here to get bus tickets to go downtown. I did this once before and it took the cashier about 1 minute maximum to do this, so I just planned 5 minutes for my visit because the bus was coming in 20 minutes. The first cashier I went to (a White woman with blonde hair, possibly racist as per this experience), I asked for 6 bus tickets." She responded in French. I asked if she could speak in English

It's 20.07 at the time I am posting this post now. The hours are marked as 21.00 hours and they said they were closed. People are still inside and they didn't allow me to go inside as they said they are closed.I traveled for about 7 km to come here as the other pharmacies were already closed on Saturday.No one visits a pharmacy for fun. My eyes were burning as I hurt myself. So I traveled 7 kms to visit this Pharmacy...

0 star for the pharmacy. So disappointed by the service there

Giving 2 stars instead of one because the pharmacists there are great. However, I just can’t excuse the poor service received by other employees of the pharmacy. 1/3 times that I go to pick up my prescriptions (placed online), they were not prepared. They claim wait times are about 20 minutes, but most of the time you will wait at least 30 minutes even when it’s quiet! The service has really gone down over the past few years. To be honest, if it weren’t for the actual pharmacists, I would leave.

Only went there because my pharmacy was closed, I would give them a zero!Terrible pharmacy and pharmacist that does not care about sick people especially not babies. 20 minute wait to speak to a pharmacist when you have a baby is not acceptable. I understand they’re busy but to not make an exception for a baby with blood in his stool is not ok. When we questioned this the pharmacist came out just to lecture us and validate their decision instead of helping us! Wow big man! I don’t know how he can sleep at night!Keep wearing hideous shirts and Keep taking ugly Christmas pictures with your family and leaving it by the prescription drop off window for people see you narcissist, nobody cares or wants to see that! I hope when your kids get sick they don’t get treated the way you treat others! Terrible way to run a business! Arrogant pharmacist and should be avoided, go anywhere else to be treated like a human being!

My baby needed antibiotics and because of the lack of empathy of the pharmacist that could have referred us for an appointment same day, we had to wait an extra day to see a doctor. We could have started treatment earlier. She had strep and ear infection but he didn’t think that was serious enough to give a reference. Poor judgment, no compassion for a sick 1 year old… not impressed by this pharmacy.

While I had a great customer experience in the store, the pharmacy was the worst I have ever visited in the last decade. I had a quick question regarding vitamin D and I was the next line to meet the pharmacist. At my turn, the pharmacist decline to meet me and mentioned he was super busy and thefore to come the next day, without even checking the urgency of my inquiry with tremendous attitude and disdain. You might be busy, but I would expect great care for your customer.

I'd purchase a few Amazon gift card from them, one of them end up not working, when back to there hoping to get the card replace, they told me the card doesn't match up to the serial number on the receipt, so they could do anything about it. The manager in charge says he will talk to the owner and get back to us but never did, even though I left him a few messages.
