Please whatever you do, do NOT go to Down the Road Again Automotive. Not only are they over-priced, their service takes too long. They're friendly but like another reviewer said, that's where it ends.I took my car to get its brakes serviced in the summer. Today the brake caliper seized and the other shop I took it to said that it was not serviced correctly. $420 out of my pocket thanks to these jokers.When I got my car back initially from Down the Road, the hand brake was so loose that it wouldn't engage the brakes when it was pulled all the way up. They had to take the car back (wasting my time) to fix it and I can hear the manager screaming his lungs off at the teen mechanic who serviced my vehicle.Do yourself a favour and don't give them you hard earned money.

Crooked and overpriced.Charge over $200 for a safety, and told me I needed repairs that were not even required. Told me I needed to replace a part that was less than a year old (the other mechanic I took it to said it was fine.)Part prices are also exorbitant. Manager and staff were rude and unhelpful.

The service staff are pleasant and efficient and work very hard to ensure that all of our vehicles are kept in tip top shape. Been going to Down the Road Again for years for all my vehicles. Last year had a problem with my steering and brought in my car, and they looked up the VIN and discovered there was a recall on it, which Ford would repair for free. They literally turned down my business saving me several hundred dollars.

Great Customer Service - Down The Road Again has been my choice for mechanic for 20 years. They consistently do the right thing for my vehicles - letting me know what needs to be done, letting me decide what suits for my budget. They are great at working with me and my budget to complete the work before it becomes a problem or creates larger issues for my vehicle. I rely on their honest assessment and trust the advice I receive from them to maintain my vehicles properly.I highly recommend the friendly staff at this garage.

Great, friendly service every time. Brian is very knowledgeable and courteous to work with. Both he and James go over and above to make sure all my issues are looked after. From RV to ATV. From Car to Truck and don’t forget to throw in a trailer or two these guys look after everything for me. I am often surprised upon pick up that they went that extra distance once again. If you have ever had issues with a mechanic in the past, I highly recommend you introduce yourself to Brian and James. From being greeted by Les and Juanita to taking a test drive with James around the building, it is definitely worth the drive “Down the Road”. Thanks!!

I'm not sure how it is possible that so many people are dissatisfied about this garage, I was their client for about 2 years and every time the issues with my car were fixed and no extra job added for bloating the bill like most of other garages do. For example, one time I asked to replace my tires, clean the rear differential and change oil in it, remove rusted spare tire holder, and completely replace my back drum brakes with the casing. The job was done quickly and for all that work including parts I was charged less than Canadian Tire charged me for just replacing front braking disks on the same car! I'd like to add that I am able to fix some issues in cars to and know what it can take to fix certain problems, and I bring my car to garage only when I have no time or special tools required. Down The Road Again has helped me with all cases like that and every time for honest and reasonable price. It's pity I had to move and will have to look for a new reliable garage again.I have never been asked to write it and don't expect any loyalty from this feedback, I just feel like a satisfied customer.

We were having issues with our trailer lights and everything was packed and ready to go camping. They snuck us in thankfully and it was done and ready to go in 30 minutes! Reasonable price and very nice people! Very organized and clean.
