Dollarama

Very nice Dollorama location located in the Westside grocery plaza. It has everything you expect in a dollar store including friendly, helpful staff.

Great staff- they are friendly and helpful. Nice selection in the store. Best to check it out often, as they have some really cool items that show up there. I like their hours of operation; they are open fairly late, which makes it easy for me to buy whatever I need from them.

Pretty good dollar store overall except for one employee who has grey and white hair, is tall and quite rude who likes to accuse people of stealing, my mom who has lived in Westsyde for years now and has purchased stuff all the time from said dollar store was accused of stealing a lightbulb when she brought an empty box from home to make sure she was buying the right one, and the lady accused her of taking the lightbulb out of the box and putting it in her purse. Ever since then the lady has been watching us whenever we come into the store and when we asked her if she had a problem she was extremely rude and disrespectful when she has no proof that my mom has ever stolen. So if you go into this location make sure to steer clear of this lady unless you want to be falsely accused of stealing.

Always nice and cold in the building during the hot summer. Workers always willing to help you find stuff. Unbelievable prices and selection. Its like a mini Zellers and saves me money and time and also from having to drive into town.I love it.

They usually have a really nice selection of products for seasonal. I find that their home storage and every day stuff can have a low supply sometimes. They do not offer a good selection of cold beverages and it seems that management does not want to have enough staff on hand as the cashier is always busy stocking the shelves so you constantly have to wait for them to notice that you are at the front ready to pay.

Great alternative to going into town- Large store with lots of selection- Friendly staff- For the kids, awesome candy and toy selection- You come for a few things but leave with more!!!

Two many brands of the same product, two brands of same product would be better than could carry more/different products. Staff needs a personality makeover. I find then to be unfriendly, uncommunicative and unhappy. One gets the impression they don't want to be there or that they dislike their jobs or maybe feel it's beneath them, they r there to get a paycheck only.... seriously no matter what job your doing thanks pride in it and make it about the customer they ultimately pay your wage if you think about it.

This Dollarama aka The Dollar Store in Westsyde" is incredible. You would not believe it. Every single thing known to man is here. And all the staff know exactly where to find what you need. I'd go as far to say that this is the best "dollar store" in town. Prove me wrong!"
