Diamond Home Inspection
Egbert was a delight to work with from start to finish. He was very personable and full of character and humor. Egbert took the time to go through every point of the inspection with me. I had my head in the attic and under the sinks with him as he explained to me what I was looking for and why they were potential areas of concern or why a specific area was well constructed. Diamond Home Inspection is excellent and especially fantastic if your a first time home buy like myself. Friendly, professional, and thorough. I would absolutely recommend this company. Egbert takes his time, and encourages you to inspect the home with him. He patiently and clearly answers all and any questions you may have. He takes photos and prepares a report detailing everything you go went over together in the home, and emails it to you. Very happy and relieved in my mind with my choice in a home inspector.

Diamond Home Inspection (Egbert) is the excellent house inspection company I've ever had. This is the second time I asked him to do the home inspection. His report has lots details and Egbert also explains to me all the questions during the home inspection.He is humorous and nice guy. I would strongly recommend Egbert to anyone

Diamond Home Inspection
Egbert was on time, produced a report the same day and he was very friendly. But more importantly he is extremely thorough and attentive to details. Before we had even stepped foot into the building he was pointing out at defects in the envelope, which could lead to water damage. He did a fantastic job of looking at everything there is to look at. If I don't buy the home he looked at I'll be calling him again.

Amazing!Purchasing a new home is always a little stressful not knowing what you are getting yourself into. I met with Egbert for my home inspection and he was amazing, he was extremely professional and thorough with a great sense of humor and wit.Egbert walked us through the process and what he was looking for and why.Unfortunately we did not end up buying this particular residence due to hidden damages but I am so happy I used Diamond Inspection to ensure i was not getting a lemon.I will be using them again to find my perfect homeThank you Egbert :)

Diamond Home Inspection
Egbert is a very professional and knowledgeable home inspector. During the inspection, he took the time to explain to me everything that he was doing as well as what would need to be done to fix the issues we found and how to maintain the house in the long run. He also generated a detailed report of everything that was inspected and relevant information for explaining the problems and fixing them. Besides him being very skilled and competent in his job, he was very friendly and I had a good time working with him. I highly recommend his services!
