I have nothing but great things to say about Elm Development in Wasaga Beach. The golf course is fabulous - perfect for all levels of golfers - from the novice to the expert. I particularly love hole #5 where you are driving onto the green which is on an island. The home is well built with plenty of large windows to enjoy the natural light. Sitting on the front porch I can see hole #18 where there is always beautiful water birds, ducks, sandhill cranes, geese and swans. The sub-division is located near the quieter beaches of Wasaga Beach - away from the busier beaches. Chris and his wife from Prestige Property Management have been super to deal with. Their quick response to any issue is greatly appreciated and quickly resolved. All workers and trades people currently working on the site are very respectful and appear to be happy workers. I highly recommend this company.

I had a great experience buying a new home from ELM Carrville. The house is beautiful we love it! The team was helpful, understanding and professional. We are very happy with the service we received. Thank you Elise & Wayne!

So I dont even know where to begin. These guys are literally crooks that squeeze every penny that they can. They lied to me with the cost of the house. There was a small clause that even my lawyer missed that lead to another $25 000 in fees two days prior to closing. Part of the closing was golf memberships that 3 years latter i have recieved nothing for. Land survey (1000) deposit has never been returned, despite calling 10 times, I have never got thorough to someone that can help total run around". Warranty and finishing work took two years and they didnt do anything right

Completely unprofessional, unorganized, and deceitful. Our lawyer had such a hard time dealing with this builder. This builder should be embarrassed by the way they close homes for buyers. Literal holes in walls, bags of garbage, huge piles of dirt.... the list goes on.

Imagine waking up every morning to a beautiful sunrise, fresh air and the calmness of nature while you drink your morning coffee. Imagine not having to sacrifice the convenience of a city for the beauty of the country. I never thought that this was possible until I moved to Elm Wasaga Beach.Working in Vaughan, I thought that the commute would be dreadful. However, the widening of Highway 400 as well as the surrounding side roads makes this one hour drive a highlight instead of a congested and stressful chore.Coming home feels like going to the cottage.Wasaga life is what you make of it and there's something here for everyone.There are very few times in life where you can pinpoint the moment you made a great decision and joining the Elm Developments family as a purchaser is certainly on the list.From top to bottom, the team at Elm has taken care of all my needs with exceptional quality and service. As a repeat home buyer, I have dealt with a plethora of companies and firms who all promise what Elm has actually delivered. They are reliable, transparent, hardworking and always put the interests of the customer first which are rare qualities in the real estate industry.

My experience with ELM Development was fantastic. Every time I have questions or concerns, the sales team will give me an answer immediately. I'd like to specially mention Severin, the most capable and efficient staff working in my property. He is good at everything for maintaining or repair, whenever I have a problem, he will do perfectly at his earliest convenience. I appreciate the professionalism and good value provided by ELM. And the building has the good quality because they have the best staff.

We have purchased 3 new homes in the past and our purchase with Elm has been wonderful. We moved right in the middle of COVID 19 and we were apprehensive to say the least. From the beginning, our experience with the sales reps, the excellent folks at the decor centre, on site workers etc have been terrific. These are well built homes in a lovely well planned sub-division.

I recently purchased a home in this site and Sarah from costumer service was so professional and easy to work with. Her ability to adapt to my schedule was amazing and when she sent workers over like Ed and the rest of the crew they were very polite and did a great job Thanks again guys
