Planchers Mascouche (Les Tapis Ste-Marie Inc)

Accommodating but too many mistakes.Back in February I went to plancher mascouche to find myself a beautiful hardwood floor. I purchased it on Friday, and said I wasn't sure about the color, that I might change my mind. My seller told me to call on Monday and that should be no problem because the batch was in production only in march. I paid the floor in full on the spot.On Monday, I called to talk to her, but the girl on the phone told me my seller was on maternity leave and I'll be talking to her. I asked her how much time I had to change my mind for the wooden floor, to which she replied March 14th.On Thursday, I called and the woman said I was going to assigned to a new seller. When I spoke to the seller, she said I could not change the color... after showing my dissatisfaction, she agreed to change the color, but instead of being delivered on March 14th, it would be on March 22nd.No problems, as I needed to finish the floors before April.On March 13th, she calls me to say that the delivery can't be in March, but April 14th. Again, I can't work with that date, so I tell her to forget it. She says she can't refund me, but I tell her the wood is not in production ? She then says she can refund me since they can't deliver in time.I called the distributor ( Mirage ) and they told me that they received the first invoice, with the WRONG COLOR. The seller at Plancher Mascouche forgot to change it. That the color we chose was available all along and could have been shipped on March 22nd. The new date for the right color in April 5th. We agree with Mirage and call Plancher mascouche to let them know.Mirage was super helpful and told us they could delivery to us on April 5th to make sure we could work within our timeframe.I can't believe I had to call the distributor because the seller was so confused. I understand that it was not an easy or fluid order, but that is because she made a mistake on the color, the delivery was pushed, and never apologized for her mistake.In the end, we installed the floor this weekend. It seems like durable hardwood floor. But the service gave me a headache, and therefore I will not set foot there again.

Great service overall. The staff was friendly was well when selecting out choices for a couple of rental properties.Overall there’s a lot of good selection and excellent prices.

Tanya was very helpful, she paid attention to what I needed she’s well trained didn’t oversell it. She’s definitely a keeper.

The developer building our home uses plancher Mascouche as a supplier. We were happy to find out that they had a system in place to facilitate understand of approximate upgrade costs etc with color codes. Very knowledgeable staff, we got great advise from every person we got a chance to deal with. Fanny the designer in charge of our file showed passion for her job and gave us great input. Thank you !

Very knowledgeable and helpful with a great selection of flooring. Dominique was amazing and provided a lot of useful tips. If you are shopping for a floor it is a must visit .

A huge Shout-out to Fanny for helping us select the materials for our dream house. She is incredibly patient, empathetic and helpful. We in fact on our visit stayed beyond closing hours and that too on a Saturday, and at no point she even mentioned this to us which we thought was incredibly sweet. Full marks to her and the shop. I would recommend her and the shop full-heartedly. Thanks and hope to visit sometime again!

Great selection and prices. The staff is nice but disorganized, on the floor as much as in follow-ups by phone and finding your order in the warehouse. It took me a week of phone calls to actually place my order. On the positive side, once my order was placed, having the product available for pick up was quick.Lastly, i asked for refund of my deposit on my credit card and have it (and the remainder of amount owed) charged to my other credit card. It was too intricate a procedure to complete.I just got the overall feeling that staff is scrambling to get ordinary things done.This place must do good business but it's not well managed.

Good service even if the store was packed. Good prices too.
