I recently bought my 2018 Nissan Rouge with Alex. He was absolutely amazing. He explained everything so well and this was my first car and he helped me so much.This is third vehicle that me and my in laws have gotten from Alex alone. And each time Alex has been amazing. My boyfriend, his brother with his dad and me. Alex is one of the best salesman I have ever come across. Anytime I had a question or concern he was right there helping. This is a dealership that cares! We dealt with Keith Miller when searching for our new-to-us Rogue. Keith made the purchasing procedure easy. He worked with us patiently (we showed up just before they were closing, but he was still friendly and smiling the whole time). We also dealt with Eric when it came time to arrange financing, who also worked very patiently and was quite informative and helpful. Overall, we felt like we were treated personally, never rushed, and sincerely cared for. Even at pickup, Keith spent over an hour with us, explaining the technology of the car, the features, etc. I can say with complete honesty, that this was the best car-buying experience I've ever undergone.
