The owner took us as a walk in on a Friday early afternoon. She was stressed out.The homes are on the expensive side. The options for layout, fixtures, flooring, colour schemes are basic and limited.

My wife and I are currently in the process of purchasing a home in the Solstice community with Walker Homes. Brooke has been awesome to work with — she's been incredibly patient and accommodating with our requests for customizations and has been on-top of everything since day one. Their upgrade pricing is super fair unlike other builders who seem to price everything extremely high to discourage customization. All in all, a great experience so far. Before reading this review, please see my other reviews to get a feel of fairness in all of my reviews.Let's start, overall the quality of the house delivered is good. The house was delivered on time in COVID which is commendable.After sales/home delivery service is nothing short of abysmal.Here are examples:1) We have had 5 different people from Walker Homes Ltd in the house reviewing defects, each time we had to start again. We watched each person take notes, the notes are never passed along.2) Shelves fell off the wall, tiles were ripped up only to find the replacement tiles did not match resulting in no showers for 3 weeks. Each time Walkers Homes response was to blame the tradesperson. Not once did Walker Homes acknowledge that they hire the trades and therefore Walker Homes should own the issue.3) We have items on our PDI and 30 day Tarion report, still not addressed, taking into consideration point 1 above, I have given up and decided to fix them myself.4) The instant on hot water heater was not configured when installed, did myself after waiting 30 days for Walkers Homes5) Multiple instances of once a week follow up with Walker Homes, just to get a status, not a date, just a status, no response.Update, Walker Homes as of late 2022 seems to have gotten a handle on after sales support, we are now getting responses and action. A thank you and call out to Sandra for all the help.

Purchased my first home in Phase 3 in 2019, closed early 2020. The quality of the home is great and the service is very good. The good thing is all upgrades can be included in the purchase price so you can put that in mortgage (unlike in GTA where you have to pay upfront for all the upgrades).Closed on time and their basic selection of finishing are very good.Considering the prices of town homes in the area, Walkers homes are reasonable although their prices have increased substantially in 2020 and 2021 (mainly due to the materials getting more expensive due to COVID).

They build an amazing home at a great price, everyone was awesome to work with, Brooke and Shelby know what they are doing!

Walker Homes builds an excellent home for a great price. There exceptional customer service and attention to detail makes the project an enjoyable experience from start to finnish.

We've been in our Walker Home for 3 years now. Love the home. They were very easy to work with and addressed every concern in a timely manner. Great experience!

The rough in the basement & the drain clean out were not near each other. The rough in location really limited the size of the bathroom as it was very close to the furnace & hot water heater.

My husband and I just had our interior design meeting with Ange and Brooke. They went above and beyond to accommodate our special needs and our custom requests. Really appreciated how organized and seamless they made the process. Super excited for our new home!
