Lina from LFI Design sent several emails and messages responding to a Bark posting I made. When we booked a call, she didn't show and didn't communicate prior or afterwards. Once I got her on the phone, it was clear she hadn't looked through the project specs and documents. She explained she is a designer who gets quotes on projects from 3 contractors. I waited several days for quotes and or designs and never got any. Following up with her over a week later, she suddenly requires a minimum budget (she never asked me what my budget it - it's well over her minimum) and never did the designs or got me quotes from contractors. She just wasted over a week of my time after chasing me for business. Being 1 of 2 reviews on here, it's clear she's not busy and for good reason. Use designers and contractors with thick portfolios and positive reviews. Don't waste your time here!

Lina, I cannot thank you enough for how happy I am with my new and gorgeous kitchen! We are blown away at how amazing and on top of everything you were and showed us true and the absolute best and most knowledgeable customer service I have ever received; the job she did in my kitchen is jaw-dropping. Every time I step foot into my prepossessing kitchen, I am so happy as it genuinely makes me feel at home!
