Quick service, staff are very friendly and accurate every time!Easy in and out

Usually a quick in and out session, drive thru lanes can be a pain.No longer give free bags, 50 cents a piece, have reduced the additional items they would take.they did offer a wet sticky pre-used bag to replace the three new ones I brought in.

Good distancing set up and quick workers trying to be cheerful and doing the best they can when you get to the front of the line but long line up is frustrating. Wonder it there could be an express lane for small loads e.g. half cart or less and/or a line for charity drive returns.

The worst experience I ever had. I got 102 items for return and the guy only count me 52. With no explanation.

Went to the Quadra St location yesterday and have been going there for years. There were 100's of wasps buzzing around ever cart in the line. Some sugar water in bottle were hanging from the canopy but with open tops and were over whelmed by wasps. I had my grand kids with me and will drive by and check this out before going back. There is obviously a nest near by which needs to be dealt with. We fortunately did not get stung but a couple people in the line were really freaked out. Worst of all was your employees that had to contend with swarms inside the building in their large white sorting bags. A pest control company needs to deal with this before someone that is allergic gets bitten. Staff is always excellent and was still even yesterday.

Great option if you have a ton of returnables. It's a well organised and efficient operation. The parking situation can be a little tight when it's busy, so it's good that you can get in and out fairly quickly.

If it's not busy it's fine but the parking situation means you can easily get blocked in by uncaring clients who just park in the exit lane. I also went once in August during a bad wasp season and had to abandon my bottles and cans which were attracting a horde of the little beasties. Not the fault of the Bottle Depot - my fault for not washing them thoroughly.

These folks are so fast and organized ... 30 boxes of cans and two monster bags, and I was in and out in about 3 minutes! Very easy, very professional!

Lack of parking, and difficult to park a car. Drive through line" with no particular logistic and no involvement from staff to help navigate the volume of the cars that go through everyday. Uneven pavement and tight quarter outside the store makes difficult to pull the cart through without bumping in other customers or cars."

Excellent customer service! The group here was happy and willing to help. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is apparently they don't take more than a handful of anything other than bottles. They accepted all my plastics and cardboards., however i think their website should be more clear that the other locations, on Queens and Ellery are more equipped for general non-refundable recycling. This location focuses mostly on bottles.
