When I first met Ari my hair was badly over processed. With her guidance and hairdressing skills I now experience compliments on a regular basis about cut, colour and quality of my hair.Over the past 15 years I have had many different styles and Ari has helped me transition through each of them seamlessly. I found Ari while visiting another Spa in Streetsville. She was friendly and polite and we discussed my hair while I waited for my appointment. Then I found out she was the hairdresser there. That was about 10 years ago. We both left that other salon and have had a wonderful client/friend relationship ever since. I am in shock after reading a negative review about Ari's Hair Design! My Husband and I have been going there for years, and have never once had a bad experience nor were we ever unhappy about a haircut! My sister-in-law introduced me to Ari after I had went from salon to salon with nothing less then disappointment after disappointment. The comment regarding Ari being rude and not of personal hygiene is utterly ridiculous! She is very professional, yet friendly and accommodating, and she as well as her salon are of the utmost cleanliness. Furthermore, I certainly don't have a bob cut ... not even close! My hair is long and layered and versatile. Ari is up to date on all the modern cuts and colours and is constantly taking courses. She not only is awesome with scissors and colour, but also with facials and waxing! If you want fabulous hair and skin, along with a great salon experience, I would highly suggest Ari's Hair Design. You certainly will NOT be disappointed!Heidi M

I can’t believe what I am reading. The negative comment and 1-star rating is ridiculous, outlandish and preposterous! I am proud and honored to be Ari’s client for the last 10 years. If I had to describe Ari: very passionate, very professional, very accommodating, very proud and she smells great! Ari listens to her clients and makes suggestions, recommendations based on age, hair texture, face shape, skin tone, etc., etc. I do not have a bob haircut nor would Ari let me leave her salon with one - it does not suit me and why would Ari subject me to this when it would be a direct reflection of her and her salon?! How many salons wash the client's hair with the expensive salon shampoos? Ari uses the products she sells and endorses on her client's hair! What more could you want? Over the years, I have gone from brown to blonde hair and I want the change to happen immediately – in just 1 visit! But as much as Ari aims to please, she explains that doing this will damage the hair – it`s achievable; it just takes a few visits to get there. No matter what colour I want, Ari makes it happen and I receive compliments about my hair all the time – it looks healthy, feels healthy and the colour lasts, despite the few grays that keep creeping up! The negative review is over a year old…I hope the positive, true and heartfelt ones from loyal clients turn this into a 5-Star review. I have been coming to Ari for 20 years. I would highly recommend and do recommend Ari to friends. She is by far more talented than she realizes. For 10 years I came from downtown Toronto to get my hair done. She is professional and has great info on the care of your skin and hair. She's a consummate professional!

Thank goodness for Ari! I have long, curly hair and Ari is the only stylist who makes me look like I walked out of a magazine. My entire family has been coming to Ari for the last 13 years and we are so lucky that we found her! She cuts hair beautifully, knows how to colour hair so it is not damaged, does highlights, lowlights, is a pro at the keratin treatment, does beautiful hair and eye lash extensions, and her facials are incredible. Whether it is microdermabrasion, anti-aging or deep cleaning facials, skin peels ... Ari is a master of it all! She takes incredible pride in her work, is always taking courses to learn the newest and best treatments and it shows! She does not cut corners and that is why her clients have been with her for so long. She also has repaired many people's damaged hair who have come from other salons. I never let anyone else touch my hair. Thank you Ari for making us look and feel great, you are the absolute best!

I have been going to Ari for many years. I have gone dark, light and anywhere in between with Ari, and I have never left disappointed. She is friendly, accommodating to her clients, and professional. She takes her time to describe what she is doing to your hair and why she feels it is beneficial. My hair was very thin, dry and knotty. Ari introduced me to products that really fixed the integrity of my hair and I've never been happier.Highly recommend Ari to anyone.

The best! The best! The best! I met Ari in 2000 and have been her client ever since. She is an artist! No one else is allowed to colour my hair - ever. But she's not just my stylist, I consider her a friend! A great lady and a true professional!
