Today I had a terrible experience at this London drugs location, I bought a blender yesterday that is very difficult to operate and did not work, a lady who is a supervisor gave a very bad customer service and told me that I could go buy the appliance at Canadian Tire, and that the The brand that I had bought is cheap. It made me feel as if my money was worthless in the store for having bought something cheap. When this lady approached me for the first time, she didn't even greet me. I had to start the conversation by telling her how are you? On the contrary, Mani and Dani were very kind to me and they treated me in the best way. London drugs I love your store but you should teach your employees how to treat customers even if they only go to spend 1 dollar in your store.if an appliance is not working or is diffito operate just change it or have different options to offer to your customers .

The Pharmacy here is not very well run.They often mix up prescriptions and they won’t let you know when you need to get another prescription for a refill until it’s too late- by then you have run out of your medication. They have often let my prescription sit there unfilled for days after I have requested it. The communication with their clients is very poor.At times the pharmacy assistants have been unprofessional by speaking so loudly about personal information in front of everyone standing in line.They have cut the pharmacy hours so there is limited time for medication pick up. They open late and close early in comparison to Shoppers drug mart. On top of all that - you have to pay $5.00 to park in the underground parking and it is not reimbursed.Definitely choose another pharmacy because this one is not up to par unfortunately.Edited to add: 2 months later and things are still not any better.I went there again today after being told my prescription would be ready at 11am - I got delayed at work and quickly ran over there on my lunch break at 12:30…. It was still NOT filled!When I finally did pick it up they had me waiting there for another 10min scrambling around looking for another prescription that had already been picked up days earlier.Shouldn’t they have this already in their records?Seems they are extremely disorganized bumbling around not knowing what the other worker is doing.Their professionalism and service has drastically taken a nose dive in this past year. Very disappointed with the entire Pharmacy department.

Jesse a camera specialist was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the cameras i was interested in! He seems to enjoy his work and enjoy a communication with the customers! Definitely a example of how a Staff should behave towards the customers!

I bought an item online that says they have it in stock and I chose to pick up in store. I received a phone call saying they are out of stock and will no longer be stocking the item anymore, but they could check if any other store has it. I agreed to either having the item transferred to this location or pick it up directly.The staff said they can transfer it and it will take a few days. I had no problem with it and thanked her. However, a few hours later, they just went ahead and cancelled my order without calling me. They promised to help me get the item, but did not keep their promise. Most likely just sold the item to a different customer instead of holding it for me.

Rude pharmacist, had 0 clue about what I was asking for help with, then proceeded with a terrible attitude after I was being polite the whole time. Lack of experience and knowledge isn’t a good thing when it comes to medication. Won’t be using another location of this brand again, should of been super simple

I came in to purchase earbuds, which I did. Although I had knowledgeable help right away,It wasn't until my transaction was rung through the till and paid for that he told me they were not returnable once they were taken out of the packaging. I had no intention of returning them. However, policies like that should be told to the customer prior to making a purchase. I will be hesitant to make similar purchases here again. I will add that I was also looking to purchase a new camera. But I will look into store policies before I purchase it from anywhere.

Racial profiling. I was Racially profiled in cosmetics by a staff member named Ullia. She did not greet me or ask if I needed assistance, but proceeded to follow me around the store “doing her job.” Once I spoke to her, to hold her accountable for her actions, she was quick to anger, insisted that I was being rude and refused to serve me once I wanted to pay. I will be escalating this issue because it is completely inappropriate, unprofessional and frankly racist.I spoke to 2 managers about this. Kevin, if I’m being honest did not look like he cared, nor did he apologize for the situation. Edwin happened to apologize and mentioned he would discuss this with his staff.This unfortunate staff member isn’t the only one to blame. Sensitivity training needs to be had in more establishments. Extremely terrible experience.

Really disappointed with the PhotoLab at London Drugs. I had small size adjustments made to photos to accommodate the multiple photo frames I have. When I put an order in again for a different project I was told that there was a custom size processing fee. That makes sense, sure no problem, I would pay the extra fee for my order as a whole. But when I was told what the fee was and that it would be applied to every photo. Turning my under $5 photos into $25. I had to cancel the order. Turning a photo that is 4x4inch ($.49) into a 3x3inch ($4.49) makes zero sense.

I just wanted to share my great experience with Yash, the store manager. I recently purchased a camera online and, for its technical reason, I wanted a partial refund. Even though I had selected the store just for pickup, it wasn't their direct responsibility to assist with the refund. However, Yash went above and beyond to help me, and I received the refund today. I am truly impressed with his exceptional customer service. Thanks Yash and team!
