Bernadetta is fantastic!I have done many alterations over the years at the Erin Mills Town Centre location of Stitch It. Great place with friendly service and orders always completed on time. Most of the times my clothes was repaired/altered by Bernadetta and I could not be happier as her her work is of high quality, which is hard to find these days. She listens very carefully and always tries to follow the details of the request closely.On my last visit I needed to install a zipper in the knitted sweater which is a tricky job at any rate, as the knitted garment is quite stretchy. I was absolutely delighted with the final result as, yet again, Bernadette did an amazing job. Thank you for your excellent service, Bernadetta!

Farh is amazing! She is always willing to help me anytime I need something fixed urgently. She is so kind and is the reason I keep coming back to this location! I needed a top fixed for an event and she was able to ensure it was ready on time even though I gave her minimal notice! I would recommend this location to anyone who needs their clothes fixed and the job done well!

Me and my fiancé came here to get my suit pants hemmed. The customer service was incredibly helpful. They went out of their way to do even more for us then what they would normally do. Five stars!!

Been coming to this location for years and they have always been great. This visit had the pleasure to deal with Farah and she was awesome and definitely went the extra mile by completing the alterations while we waited so we didn't have to drive back to the city as we live in the Niagara region. Horrible customer service at this location. Dropped off my dry cleaning, and waited for them to contact me and they never did. So I dropped by the store and the associate asked for my receipt. Told them I never got one, and she accuses me of lying...why would I lie about not getting a receipt? Then she asks for my number. I give it to her only to find out she typed a digit in wrong in their system when I dropped it off (which is why I never got a call/text) and then accuses me of lying about my number...why on earth would I give you a fake number? Just admit you made two mistakes and apologize. Nevertheless, would recommend taking your business elsewhere..this location is horrible. PS the dry cleaning service isn't that great either.

Farh was very very helpful in doing some alterations on my suit pants. She was very friendly even though the business was packed full of customers. I definitely recommend visiting this location!
