I was in there to buy some parts for my truck, while I was in 100 mile house over the holidays. I delt with a young man named Spencer and he was awesome. Very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. He is the guy to see when you go there hands down. I won't buy parts from anyone else in that town again.

Why is it unless you ask or work for a big corporation they give you THE WORSTE PRICE...RIPPING PEOPLE OFF?actually had a manager at valleyview location tell me if you give me a case of beer I'll give yah a good price"The price was still over twice that of Canadian Tire.Boycot lordco.. UAP NAPA is far better"

I called about an r134 charging kit and was told they have it. Drove 80km one way and they only have 12a...telling me they are compatible...perhaps but you can't mux them. Instead of stating upfront they really did not have r134 I waste 1.5hrs driving. Seriously...don't assume what your clients need and be honest!

An all woman team was on duty when I dropped into the store this afternoon. The three of them were all very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They found for me what I was looking for, made recommendations and went out their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Great customer service and a most enjoyable shopping experience.

It is always awesome to deal in 100 mile at Lordco. The employees are super friendly and helpful. We have been dealing with their star employee, Brian, for 13 years, since moving from Ontario. He is super knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Definitely an asset to this Lordco or any Lordco for that matter. Just a super relaxed environment. Their delivery driver is also super friendly. The store is very clean and organized. By far the best Lordco we have been to in years. Brian....you truly make it worthwhile!!! You are always right there and ready and eager to help. Thank you!!!

After going to a competitor, who was not able to find what we needed, we went to Lordco and they were able to find an alternator for my daughter's car. It's an older model, but they were able to find the part and have it delivered to the store the next day! Excellent service!! I will definitely go there again when I need parts.
