My wife Judy and I are very satisfied with Manager Tim for his courtesy, knowledge and assistance over the past several years. He's always been pleasant and patient with us Seniors which we appreciate. Thanks to Tim and his team for making this store a pleasure to visit and shop.'

BEWARE. My daughter bought her first cell phone at an Independent grocer Saturday, March 10. In her haste she picked up a $100 Rodgers card instead of a PC Mobile card. We discovered the mistake when we got home. The cards are the same colour and mounted on the same side on the display kiosk. We went to Rogers and explained her mistake to the person behind the counter. To our amazement, he said it was to bad and said we should buy a Rogers phone to use up the card. Really? They know the pin number has not been used but no refund. What kind of sick business practice is this. The bottom line is Roger gets the keep some ones money for not providing any service whatsoever! Beware who you do business with.

I’ve been a customer with rogers for years now and it’s always been great. This store in particular is awesome with fantastic staff who are more than willing to help with whatever it is you need. 10/10.

My life was going the way of an old country song: my wife left me for another man, my dog had run away, and I was always feeling ill from the radiation from my old phone.That all changed the moment I walked into the Rogers store in Trenton. The staff there gave me the customer service experience of a lifetime. I met the manager who was a very friendly and intelligent man, a young lady who was very pleasant and never cross with anyone, and a very handsome monotone Eeyore type fellow.They sold me a top of the line phone with device protection and I got this fancy Rogers cash back card that saves me money everytime I use it! I also am no longer feeling ill as they sold me this liquid glass screen protector that reduces the specific absorption rate of the radiation coming from the screen of the phone!After leaving the store I bumped into the new love of my life (once she saw the size of my new phone) and my dog returned home the next day!Cheers Rogers Trenton!

Showed up there today for a charger, I rang the bell and all the associates sat at the counter starting at me. There was 3 of them doing nothing and one customer. I tried to call them to see why they weren’t opening the door and no one answered. I went to leave and another man went to the door and they opened it and told him they were at capacity! With one customer being served and 3 associates doing nothing! So I went to the Belleville store and was in and out. I problem !

Tim at Roger’s in Trenton consistently provided us with exceptional customer service, was knowledgeable and up to date on the products we were considering and ultimately purchased!In our opinion he took the time to go above and beyond to assist us with all our Roger’s needs!

Worst service ever. Don't go there.

Do not bother to visit this location, they are not interested in doing business. Middle of day door was locked no one answering the bell. Called finally got In, asked why the door gets locked rude response we just do.Anyway I came to ask about smart watches.We don't sell smart watches".I ask what about the Samsung on display right there."It's a demo try it if you want it doesn't work"Great thanks by.Waist of time I'll shall simple call and order all future devices if this is the in store experience I am expected to get."

I went in to upgrade my phone because I know about as much about phones as a snail does about running shoes.A very friendly woman named Dani helped me with picking out a newer phone that met all my needs. Her knowledge of the product was way above par and my comprehension. So in her professional manner she explained it in the simple terms required for me to understand. She made the process simple and easy. Her customer service skills are beyond reproach. To the point she excused herself (asking me first) so she could assist an elderly lady out the door after noticing her struggle. I will definitely continue to deal with this location.

Great experience walked in and got 2 new phones from Dani a new plan and great deals. She Explained everything thoroughly no hidden agenda. I don't go anywhere else for phones.highly recommend
