Costco Wholesale

I recently ordered four tires from Costco to be sent to this shop and unfortunately experienced a mishap with my order. Despite receiving three emails to pick up the tires, when I arrived at the shop, they were unable to locate them. After conducting an investigation, they informed me that the tires had been mistakenly" installed for another customer. This incident reveals that the shop does not adequately cross-check customer names

I'm not sure why so many people are infatuated with Costco. For everyday food and produce you can get most things cheaper at other stores.They do have good deals on some appliances and electronics and some seasonal stuff.But fighting the ridiculous crowds sometimes just isn't worth it. Especially since I have yet to meet an associate who actually wants to help you find something or even seems to know where anything is.And their website is terrible for finding things.Cheap gas is about the best thing I can say about Costco.

Too giant to tackle. You may feel completely lost, but that's okay, just through each isle and keep shopping-- that's what Costco is about.- I wish the isles were spacious, so we can move around with our carts more comfortably.- No more free lunch: I'm glad they cut down on they free samples, cuz it only added more obstacles during the lunch hour.- Don't go during the lunch hour: Despite cutting down on free samples, the stores is at its busiest during lunch hour, so avoid it if you don't like big crowds.- Not for a single person: Everything is bulky, so someone single might feel like the rest is going to go wasted. Pair up, team up with friends and go shopping, you'll save a lot. Prepare a list in advance. Have one to push the cart, while other fills it up.That's all the tips from me. :)

Had a customer lady yell at me for eating too many samples, at which point I was forced to pull up the Costco policy explicitly stating that samples ARE UNLIMITED, the lady yelled at me for being pedantic, at which point I compared her to a domesticated animal and told her to walk away.She muttered to her husband to do something but he just glanced at me with tired sadness and looked to the floor. The line for dumpling samples is worth it, 5 stars.

We stopped at the Costco Gas Station in Gloucester one evening and the experience was great. The attendant helped my son who is a new driver and that was very much appreciated.

I love this store because it usually has a different variety of items that I don't always find in other locations.That being said I did decrease the rating due to a few recent interaction which suggest that they need to revise their customers service approach.Costco is well known for its generous return policy and that's definitely one of the things that make customers confident with their purchases especially large ones so it shouldn't come as a surprise to staff when something breaks or is defective and is returned after a while .... it's a benefit so if it breaks the policy in any way refuse it but don't make us feel like we are doing something wrong.

I tried calling them multiple times to find out if they have some items I needed in the garden centre. I tried all their phone options and it just kept ringing and wouldn’t be answered. I even called their optical department and told them the situation and asked to be transferred. The lady said she’ll transfer me to a line that they normally always pick up, it just kept ringing with no answer also. I don’t understand how such a large company can’t hire enough staff to answer phones. I decided to go into the store, and wasted my time as the items I wanted were not there. If they simply answered me, I wouldn’t have been in that predicament. I called the other Costco location as well and the exact same thing. With that said, I’m done with Costco and will cancel my membership. Unacceptable customer service.

Costco is usually pretty good. Products of good/high quality.However, it's mainly targeting large families in my opinion as the quantities are pretty high. You can rarely buy something by the piece, but Rather by the box... So, it is still cheaper than other stores but you'll have to deal with storage.On almsot every store they have a fast food. Poutine ia my favorite. pozzas are pretty good. Hot dogs are a classic! And prices are pretty good, like cheap actually! A must.Give it a try if you have never. You'll be surprised.
