Prices are good and better than most other locations

Never had to use a laundromat in my life (28 years) until a few months ago and I’ve been using Winderemere Laundry. The facility is clean, plenty of machines, and the cost is minimal. There is about 11 washers, and 15 dryers. I don’t find a lot of people there when I go during the week which is nice so I use multiple washers and dryers at once. A large load costs $5 and a small/regular load cost $2. Dryers are $0.25 per 5 mins. The gentleman that works there during the day is nice and always makes me laugh with his witty one liners. My biggest concern about attending any laundromat was cleanliness, and this place is very clean and organized. I feel comfortable bringing my clothes here. No bugs! Also, there is a TV that plays Canadian Family Feud and a vending machine. Parking lot in the back.

Convenient location and hours, change machine and detergent/softener dispenser. However, about half of the washers and dryers are out of service regularly.

quiet, clean management is very polite and lots of washer and dryers. Television to sit and watch while waiting and folding.

Had to wash my clothes because my washer won't drain. It's full of towels which I will have to squeeze the water out then go wash them again. This laundromat is close. Has alot of washers & dryers. I used the only 2 top loading. (I don't like front load washers)$2.50 a load. There is a change machine there.Parking in back but not in front of the back door. The owner is there sometimes, seems nice. I will be going back. He told me it's the pump that needs replacing. Now I have to find someone who can fix it for a reasonable price.

Over priced and garbage, poorly maintained and 6$ a wash come on, just save yourself time and go somewhere else

Waste of time and money. Dryers do not heat up. No one here to help you. I call number and no one answered. The machines appear to be from the 1970's.

They provide great laundry pickup and delivery service. Laundry pickup and drop off is always on time . Clothes always smells clean and great . The owner/driver is really nice and polite person.

A bit dated but machines work well and the owner is incredibly nice.

Prices are the best in Windsor. Owner is very nice. Television and vending machines. Worth giving it a shot.
