Do not recommend at all!.We had a horrible experience with this business. We left a part to be fixed only to find out it had been thrown in garbage. When we questioned why the part was not fixed we were told off by an employee. The owner never returned calls, even after we sent business their way. This company had our part for months, we were told by owner he would call when ready, when we called it was not done told to call on certain date to book vehicle in, when we did, part had been thrown out. The owner was out of town. This company has no receptionists therefore things were missed. I was sworn at and yelled at. This company is a disgrace! Had to go get my part that they threw out!

Brian is the best at he does, fixing transmissions. He is a total professional and hard working business owner. His work excellent and well worth going to. Thank you for hard work and dedication to serving your customers.

These guys are great. I was on a trip and halfway through it my rear differential gave out. They were really busy but told me not to worry about it and that they’d get it done for me. They were very accommodating and understanding. They also do quality work. I wanted to make sure to give them a good review. They deserve it. Thank you

The transmission on my 1993 dodge ram was acting up a bit so I needed someone to diagnose the problem and possibly do a rebuild if needed. Called around to a couple of transmission shop and all were too busy to fit me in within the next month or so. Called B&A and the owner said they were also extremely busy but bring it down as soon as I could and they'd have a look at it. Called me back a couple of days later to let me know that my transmission was fine and performed multiple tests and test drives to prove it.He could have easily torn my transmission apart and told me it needed a rebuild and cost me thousands but clearly being a stand up, professional mechanic and shop owner means the most to him. Offered to pay him for his diagnosis and time and he refused and said he'd rather have a good relationship with his customers.I will be coming back with all my vehicles transmission needs and concerns.

Brian and his staff were very helpful to me. There was a lot wrong with my jeep and they took the time to find out what was wrong with it and came up with ideas to fix it. Brian's professionalism was awesome, I knew the job was frustrating and he powered through it. I was leaving to drive out west hauling a trailer and the jeep ran amazing. Thank you again :)
