Outstanding customer service. It's almost a bit intimidating how much time they are willing to spend with you to find the right fit for you. I definitely wasn't used to this type of service. Excellent old school sales that really sets the bar. Prices fairly competitive with other stores. There really isn't much reason to go anywhere else for your shoe needs. I ended up buying on the the sales associates suggestions on their only store. I hope that associate didn't lose out on a commission

Rackets and Runners really is the best store - I happily drive here from New West for all my shoes / paddles and outfits. Their customer service never lets me down. I have a weird size foot and Nadia does not stop looking until she finds me the perfect shoes, even if they have to be special orders. Not only that, but they are local and do great stuff in the community. You will not be disappointed shopping here!

Went in today to buy a new tennis racket. The team at the store and manager were extremely helpful and knowledgeable in picking the right racket. Ended up with some tennis clothes as well. The workers were so friendly, I would definitely shop there again. Thank you!

For buying shoes, the service provided by Rackets & Runners is incomparable. Their prices are competitive, but even paying a little extra here is well worth it compared to the big sports checkmark or equipment co-op stores where they serve 3 or 4 customers at a time. This store only serves one customer at a time, brings out more pairs than you ask for in case what you ask for is not quite right, and they sit on a stool in front of you while you try them on. They do not help another customer until after you purchase or are otherwise done.

Fantastic experience every time I've been there. The service is always amazing. This is definitely my spot for any tennis gear (or running, if I did that.) We get treated like family wherever we walk in. That kind of service is worth a premium, yet I just bought a racquet for less than most online places sell it for. I would have paid more and still been happy.

I visited the store to buy my first pair of court shoes for pickle ball. Despite the store being busy I received exceptional customer care from Heather. She selected six different pairs for me to try on and talked me through the differences in each model. She was very patient and I never felt rushed or pressurized. I am delighted with my end choice, Higher recommend this store.

My friends highly recommended R&R. Their shoes are competitively priced and their service is exceptional. Friendly Heather spent time helping me find a leather all court shoe for my extra wide feet. The lady owner even marked, softened, and stretched the leather shoes to accomodate my bunions at no extra charge. When I came back two days later to pick up and pay for my stretched shoes, I was so pleased with my experience that I asked very friendly Vanda to help me find an extra wide running shoe at an excellent sale deal which she did. Vanda was interested in me as a person and not just a sale. R&R seem to have a lot of friendly staff so I had no wait time nor felt pressure to buy. I now highly recommend R&R.
