Staff are super helpful (especially man with beard in the service area!). They seem very knowledgeable and share their information without making you feel like your questions are foolish (which I am sure some were). Told them my problem and they gave me lots of options at different price points and for different skill levels to fix my problem (foot fatigue). Took my bike for a ride after my purchase and it was a million times better! Also had my bike serviced here and made a huge difference in the quality of my ride. Highly recommend these guys.
