I never knew much about a life coach until I met Micky so when I got to a point in my life where i neeeded help to guide me through some rough areas I asked her about it. She talked to me for few minutes and I knew I needed to try this out. Even though I have friends to turn to, this time I knew I needed something more. Its the best decision I could have made. Coaching with Micky was one of the best things I have ever done for myself and my well being. It was an experience that literally changed me, my life and my life perspective.
