This is the best drive through location in kw. They are faster than other locations even when there's a line it moves much quicker. In store there's limited seating indoor but the patio is spacious. I wish Starbucks would bring back the condiment bar. I ordered a coffee and prefer to add my own cream and sugar. The cashier didn't ask if I wanted cream or sugar and I assumed that I could add my own like pre pandemic at the condiment bar but I had to ask the barista that was busy making drinks for cream for my coffee. I also brought my own travel mug, the cashier asked if I wanted a ceramic mug I said no I'm taking it to go and then she put my coffee in a paper cup. I said no I wanted it in my own mug that I brought (duh) so wasted a paper cup anyways and because of this I did not get my bonus stars for bringing my own mug on earth day.

The new Starbucks is much better then the other one in town. Quick, and actually gets your order right.Good place for a simple or complex drink order. Can’t complain :)

I come here all the time & the staff are always pleasant and super kind. The drinks are also made pretty fast considering how busy they get. My go to place!

Sadly they never make my drink right even though I like some of the workers here. It’s fairly simply to get right and I’ve had to get it remade a few times now and even the remade ones don’t taste good at all. Any other location is better than this one.

This is the best Starbucks by far and its because of the staff. The staff has been so incredibly helpful. The people working here go above and beyond for customer satisfaction. So many staff members have helped me so many times. Thank you so much Ava and the rest of the team for your hard work! God bless y'all ❤️.

Rude drive through service. Overshot the order window and couldn’t backup. So I drove up to the window and place the order. Though that’d be acceptable since our orders were simple. Was given a condescending lecture and told how others would’ve asked me to go around again but that she’d allow it this one time.Not the customer service I would expect from a brand like Starbucks.

not impressed by the Williamsburg Starbucks in Kitchener. Waited over 14 mins for my drink to be made because staff was too busy talking to other staff who's shifts were over. My drink was pushed twice back because they decided to make drinks for the staff that were done their shifts. I would have thought that customers drinks should come first.
